I received this product free from Influenster for my honest review. In comparison to other charcoal masks, this one wasn’t better, but it definitely does its job. It keeps my face from getting too oily if used weekly, and it doesn’t have a strong smell at all. It was easy to put and wasn’t too tough to remove with warm water. I wouldn’t go out of my way to purchase this again, but I did like using it.
I usually always use clay masks at least once a week to keep my skin clear. I was excited to try this Origins mask, but I was a little disappointed. It felt grainy going on which wasn’t a big deal, but when rinsing off after 10 minutes of drying, it was difficult. It dried so tightly onto my skin that it took at least another 5 minutes or more just to get it off. And although it did feel like it removed a lot of oil, it didn’t seem to prevent breakouts like my other face masks do. It was fine, but I’d probably follow up with another charcoal face mask after this one. I received this product free for my honest review.
For a toothpaste, this is perfectly fine. I typically always use whitening toothpastes, so this one didn’t seem much different. The only thing I will say is that I usually don’t see results from whitening toothpastes, probably because of how often I drink tea and coffee, and this one wasn’t any different. It was fine and didn’t taste bad and wasn’t too harsh on my gums, it’s just not a product I would go out of my way to purchase. I received this product free for my honest review.
I received this product free for my honest review. The size of the bottle is pretty small, but I realized after the first use that you also use minimal product when applying. Application was smooth, but you definitely have to finish quickly so it doesn’t dry uneven. I was also pleasantly surprised with how pigmented the lip color was while also how moisturizing it felt. Would definitely purchase again in another shade.
I received this product free for my honest review. I usually only wear false lashes when I have a special event, but I’ve also only ever purchased cheap sets from CVS. This was much better glue and didn’t feel as harsh on my skin. However, it did pull out some of my lashes when removing, but that has happened with every type of glue I’ve tried before. The applicator was slim though, so it was much easier to use minimal glue.
I’m a loyal Clinique user, so when I got a free sample of the acne kit, I was excited to try it. However, I was pretty disappointed. It dried out my skin and left it red and irritated for a few days (as expected with any new acne treatment, but still annoying), and I also noticed that within a couple days of using this instead of my normal benzoyl peroxide face wash, I started breaking out again. I just don’t think the salicylic acid in this was strong enough for me. Maybe if I gave it more time my skin would’ve gotten used to it, but it wasn’t worth it for me.
I received these products free for my honest review. I’m an avid sheet mask user, so these products felt very similar to me. Only difference was that it was more of a spot treatment. The eye sheets were fine. Although I didn’t feel like they did much for my skin, it definitely made me feel more relaxed and at least made me feel like they were working even though I didn’t really see results. As for the lips, I waited until winter to try these again since my lips get a lot more dry. I still don’t like the slit that’s in the middle of the lip sheet. I understand why it’s there, but I felt like it never sat right on my lips because of it and maybe didn’t give me the best results. I also still had dry lips after the sheet was removed, so I didn’t really see results from either.
I received these lashes free from Influenster for my honest review. I usually only wear lashes for formal events, like weddings, and not during a normal day. However, I usually just go to CVS and buy cheap lashes that come with glue. These were definitely better quality, but they did feel a little too long for my liking, but I just trimmed them down a bit and was fine. I would definitely purchase another pair in the future!
As I’ve written in other reviews, I’m a regular perfume wearer, but I hate when perfumes are too floral or strong in general. This Katy Perry perfume is relatively subtle which I love. Perfume in general is usually quite expensive, but I think slapping on the Katy Perry name on this one makes it a little more pricey which makes me less excited about it, so only for that reason I took off one star. It’s also a pretty large bottle, so it’s almost worth it! I also received this as a free sample for my honest review.
