I love cooking with corriander seeds and Fronteir has the best. I had several international friends in college and nearly every dish they created included this wonderful spice. To use, lightly toast them in a skillet, then either leave them whole in your dish, or grind them in a grinder or morter and pestal. The flavor will make your mouth POP!
Oh yeah Baby! I love chocolate! These truffles are amazing! My kids get me a bag for special treats on my birthday and mother's day and sometimes just because. They love to spoil me with a bag and always ask me to share!
