My friend and I were going to the gym together 3 times a week and about once a week after our workout we went to tropical smoothie. I decided to try the new avocolado smoothie and now that's the only thing I get when I go there. Since it's not really affordable for me to get a smoothie from there all the time I decided to try to find a copycat online. This is the recipe I've been using and I love it. Ingredients: 1 avocado 2 cups chilled/frozen pineapple 1 cup kale 1 cup spinach 2 cups coconut water 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 3 tablespoons agave nectar 3 tablespoons lime juice Directions: I use a food processor to chop up the spinach and kale, then I add all the ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. I also quadruple the recipe and keep it in a pitcher in my fridge so I can have a glass every morning throughout the week.
