I love these hilights, the combination of these slightly varied colors are great to add depth to a look. I find myself using at least two shades each time I use it, I especially love the peach shade. The light gold shade is perfect for a brow bone or inner corner hilight. I don't reach for the darker shade often because it is too dark for my complexion, but it is beautiful on the eyes for a natural glowy look. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because these powders have such a strong strobing effect it is too much for my preference for every day makeup, and I only use it on heavier makeup days. (This would probably be a positive point for some people - the 'blinding' look just isn't my daily preference)
This palette has gotten a lot of hate, but it does exactly what it claims. The shadows are VERY soft, and with a light hand are some of the most pigmented and opaque shadows I own. I don't use too many together to create a complicated look, they are too pigmented to layer too much. I stick to simple three-shadow looks or reach for it to add a pop of color to a look created from another palette. I definitely don't use it every day, but it met my expectations and is a fun addition to my makeup collection.
This is such a fantastic palette. It was one of my first palettes that I bought that had fun pops of pink, and I had so much fun playing with the colors. I have done a full blown out pink smoky eye, soft golden looks, and everything in between. The shadows blend well and I prefer my shadows to be a bit soft to help with blending and these are the perfect balance. The colors last and are easy to build. This is a must-have staple palette.
As most reviews are saying, this is the best liquid liner. The brush tip is a must for applying precise a cat eye, and it doesn't dry out (if you store it properly - tip down). It lasts all day and night, and is dries to a perfect matte black. I love this liner and don't see myself finding a replacement anytime soon!
This is a great base palette. These mattes are very pigmented, and are some of the most opaque mattes in my collection. I always start my eyeshadow looks with a matte base, and this palette is great for that. I normally end up going into another palette to get some shimmery or sparkly shades for a pop (because that's just my style). I don't get use out of all the shades, because of the high pigmentation I find them a little harder to blend than some of my other mattes (like Viseart). This is an amazing base palette for the price though, and I love the shade and light line and how it is broken up into warm, neutral, and cool segments.
This is an amazing palette. It is so versatile, and the powders are so finely milled and smooth it is impossible to mess it up. I use the center hilight shade almost every day to add a subtle glow for work, and even use the three shades as a natural eye look on light makeup days. The bronzing shade is so glowy and natural, in the summer this can't be beat.
These powders truly melt into the skin and make pores disappear. The way it absorbs light and reflects back just the perfect amount to leave you looking healthy and glowing is amazing.
This moisturizer is the best I have ever tried. I have dry skin, and a lightweight, non greasy, long lasting, deeply moisturizing lotion was something I didn't realize existed until this. I use it at night as it is a bit heavy for daytime wear under makeup, but it visibly plumps and smooths my skin. My boyfriend even loves it for after he shaves. It is like conditioner for the face, it is silky smooth and non greasy. I will continue to buy this for my evening face lotion forever. 10/10.
Review for: Sunkissed Bronzer, Deep Bronzer more...
I love this bronzer! Best from the drugstore. Period. The smell is heavenly, and reminds me of being poolside in the summer. It is buttery and blends smoothly, and the shimmer is not too much and adds a beautiful summery glow to the face. The color is similar to Hoola to me, which is another favorite bronzer of mine. I use this when I travel and I have repurchased several times and tried several shades; I have not been disappointed.
Sorry to possibly have an unpopular opinion... but I don't get the hype of this palette. Yeah, its is beautiful to look at and the Natasha Denona name is a big selling point, but this palette is just ok to me. I don't know how such a large palette exists with so few mattes. I can't create an entire look with this palette, and that really bothers me. The shimmers and glittery shades are STUNNING, and that is the redeeming point of this palette. The price tag for a few stand-out shadows is kind of insane to me though. They go on best with a finger, and make a great center of the lid pop of color or sparkle. I am going to continue to play with this palette, but every time I have it in front of me I find myself reaching for some mattes to create my base for the pop of shimmer this palette provides.
