Guinness is one of my favorite beers if I decide to drink because it’s hard to improve on a classic. Make sure it’s nice and cold and I’m a happy camper. However, I am more likely to use it in my cooking and baking. If you’re cooking, it’s a great addition to a beef stew (although I recommend adding some red wine, too). As for baking, it can bring out the best of chocolate treats. I recommend replacing any water in baking recipes with the Stout instead.
I don’t drink frequently but Bacardi Dragon Berry is a phenomenal option. It’s great when mixed with club soda or a lemon lime seltzer, but it’s also a great replacement in most traditional rum-based cocktails for a unique taste. Highly recommend it. If you’re feeling crazy in the kitchen though, put a tablespoon in with frozen peaches, toss together, and cover it with streusel and bake. ;)
I don’t drink frequently but when I do decide to have alcohol, Malibu Coconut Rum is often a top choice. One of my favorite drinks is Malibu Coconut with Root Beer - it adds an extra creaminess to the drink. I also love it with black cherry seltzer as a bright summer spritzer.
#GiftCrush - Lime Crime is such a fun, vibrant brand for makeup lovers who want to play with unique hues and sparkle. All of the Diamond Dew colors are stunning as lid toppers (over your favorite eye shadow), but it can also be used on cheeks or even lips for a lustrous look.
It's been my go-to nail polish remover for decades. Always a good price. Removes varnish quickly and easily, even harder ones that have glitter in it. Doesn't dry out nails, cuticles, or the skin around it, either.
This Sephora eyelash curler has always done a phenomenal job at bringing my lashes sky-high. My favorite thing to do is to warm the edges up under a hair dryer or - it may sound silly - hold it in my bra to warm it up, as the heat helps curl the lashes.
I'm always a bit skeptical of consultant-based products, if only because a lot of them have popped up over the last few years. However, LipSense has seriously impressed me. A friend of mine is a news anchor and her makeup has to be flawless all the time. I tried Dawn Rising (a taupe-y brown) with the LipSense gloss and NOTHING came off on my cup of tea, my water bottle, or my meals during the day. I didn't have to reapply the color at all, and I was able to gloss it up occasionally. Even for those of us addicted to chapstick, nothing came off on that either! Love it so much. It's a bit pricey ($25), but I feel like it's good quality and comparable to other lipsticks out there.
This is one of my favorite black teas on the market. I buy this, throw some lemon juice in at home, and leave it in the fridge. I can't drink coffee so that's usually my morning beverage. The best part is it's not bitter, which some black teas can be, and often doesn't need any sweetener whatsoever.
I love white tea through the day because it has some caffeine (not a lot), the flavor isn't incredibly strong, and works well with infused fruits. Lipton does a great job at bringing the raspberry and white tea flavors together.
This tastes like a spa drink in the best of ways. It's refreshing and bright without being overpowering. It's great on its own, but it can be used as a summery cocktail with a little vodka and St. Germain (or other elderflower liqueur).
