My t-zone is oily so I bake that area with RCMA to mattify and prevent me from looking like a shiny greaseball. It holds well for the first two hours but after that I am oily again. I wish it lasted longer.
After I finish baking my skin with this for 5 mins, I notice it left dry white patches on my skin. I have to use a setting spray to dissolve the white patches.
Super affordable but it didn’t do much for my needs.
I saw a lot of good reviews about this sleeping mask but unfortunately it missed the mark for me. It’s hydrating for sure but it’s so sticky. I hate wearing this to sleep because it sticks to my pillow, blanket, boyfriend.. basically anything that my face comes in contact with. It’s also takes some time to wash the slime off in the morning. Using this mask is more of a hassle than a benefit.
First, I have to say I never had a good experience with lip gloss. Every time I bought lip gloss, it was always too sticky, too oily, and came off quickly. I was ready to give up on my search until I found fenty beauty gloss bomb. This lip gloss is bomb.com! It lasts for hours, makes my lips look so pump and juicy, and enhances my natural lip color. It works well on top of lipstick too. The only con I noticed is that if my lips aren’t hydrated before putting the gloss on, dry skin will start to gather with the lip gloss as I’m applying it. There is some prep work needed as for any lip product.
I was looking for a lash primer to add to my mascara routine and found this primer. I read great reviews so I purchased it to try and unfortunately they made my curled lashes straight again. The opposite of what I wanted. I have stick straight lashes naturally and the L’Oréal paradise mascara (waterproof version) holds my curls well all day. I thought the primer would extend my mascara even longer but that wasn’t the case.
I’ve been testing this product which was delivered to me from Influenster. The smell is delightful, it smells like orange sorbet. It’s a moisturizing creme and lasts all night. The only thing I didn’t like is that it contains vitamin c which lightens my skin. I’m already light naturally but the creme almost makes me look pale after multiple uses. I stopped using it for that reason.
Packaging: I love the glass and glitter on this packaging. It feels so luxurious.
Formula: it’s a gloss that’s not sticky almost feel a nice gelatin that is comfortable on the lips. The texture is unique in a good way. I’ve never tried lip gloss like this. It does transfer but I love how it’s not sticky.
$46 is steep for a gloss. But if you love gloss and want to splurge, I highly recommend this product!
I’ve never given a lipstick a 5 star review and I have to say this lipstick goes above my expectations and is my current obsession.
Packaging: Dose of color liquid lipsticks has a beautiful frosted glass packaging with a standard doe foot applicator.
Formula: Ever wear liquid matte lipsticks that makes your lips feel stiff so you limit your lip movements because you don’t want to cause cracks? NOT with this lipstick! It feels like I’m not even wearing lipstick (wow, right?!) This is the most comfortable and long wearing liquid matte lipstick I’ve ever tried. When applying this lipstick, it feels like mousse but it dries completely matte and velvet at the same time.
Wear test: it’s long lasting but there is a slight transfer when it comes in contact with drinks and food. It feels so comfortable ALL day. I can apply another layer on top and it doesn’t feel excessive or layered, it feels like I just put on the first layer.
Final thoughts: This lipstick feels so good, I highly recommend it. I wish I discovered it earlier!
I love this eyeshadow palette! Jaclyn hill and morphe did an awesome job putting this together. The palette has 35 eyeshadows with a good mixture of warm and cool tone colors, shimmery and matte colors. I can create many looks with this palette from natural, dramatic, to bold. For the price, this palette is so worth it! I highly recommend it.
