Review for ALOHA Organic Protein Bar Peanut Butter & Jelly - 2 months, 3 weeks ago
It tasted like most protein bars. I could tell the hints of PB&J but I mostly tasted the protein flavor that's in most, if not all, protein bars on the market. The price is pretty high for this bar compared to others on the market.
Review for Woodchuck Cider - 4 years, 2 months ago
I absolutely love anything cider. Woodchuck is one of my favorites since most bars will carry it as their cider brand. Pear is probably my favorite flavor. Drink cold!!
Review for Bud Light Lime-A-Rita - 4 years, 2 months ago
Strawberry-Rita is where it's at. Be careful! It packs a mean punch with 8% alcohol in less than 8 oz compared to a beer. It also has a lot of sugars so not recommended for those on diets or with diabetes. Great summer time drink at the beach or bbq.
Review for Blender Bottle shaker - 4 years, 2 months ago
I mix my recovery drink in this on the daily. It is easy to clean and mixes my powders well! Way easier than stirring with a spoon only to leave chunks of powder.
Review for Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Natural 100% Whey Protein - 4 years, 2 months ago
I recommend the Gold Standard 100% Whew Chocolate Chocolate flavor. With a glass of 1% milk, it tastes like chocolate milk and it is not chalky like other protein powders. It dissolves really well in my Blender Ball bottle. I purchase mine on Amazon.com and I usually buy 1-5 lb tubs at a time.
Review for Sheets Energy Strips - 4 years, 2 months ago
I got this product complimentary from Influenster. I was really skeptical that a tiny breath mint sheet could pack any type of energy. And maybe I drink too much coffee, tea and Mio Energy drinks to have noticed whether these sheets gave me any energy. I didn't feel a boost in my energy levels like I would have had I drank a cup of coffee even though the Nutrition facts say differently. They were a good as a breath mint though.
Review for Weight Watchers - 4 years, 2 months ago
I have been doing Weight Watchers for a year now. I thought I would get to my goal weight of 50 lbs lighter than when I started by now, but that is on me. I think I got a little cocky when I lost 30 lbs and I quit tracking and just went by what I knew. Bad choice. My weight fluctuated from week to week (2 lbs up or down). What I learned is, I know how to maintain my weight which is great because once I get to my goal weight, I need to be sure I can keep it off. I have since started tracking again, and have already seen a weight loss. I give myself to the end of the year to lose the last 20 lbs so I can become a lifetime member by spring by maintaining my goal weight for 6 weeks. I can't weight (haha)! I recommend anyone who wants to lose weight or who just wants to learn how to eat better try Weight Watchers for 3 months. You won't regret it. They have made everything so easy and simple. You can use your smart phone to track everything you eat. Makes my life easy.
Review for Carnation Breakfast Essentials - 4 years, 2 months ago
This is my breakfast every morning. I drink one packet, 1 cup of 1% milk, half a frozen banana, and two tablespoons of homemade peanut butter. It is the best drink. Keeps me full till snack time, sometimes longer, and it's a healthy alternative to breakfast foods. Sometimes, I will choose to make the above drink as my recovery drink after I do CrossFit. But I plan my days accordingly, because I don't want to drink two in one day....I like to eat too, you know?!
Review for MiO - 4 years, 2 months ago
I have a Mio on my desk at work and in my purse. I usually have a water with Mio with my lunch and a water with Mio right before I leave for the gym. When I am out and I want to drink alcohol, my signature drink is Vodka/water with two squirts of Black Cherry Mio. I save the calories and I have a great tasting drink. I recommend the Black Cherry flavor to everyone.
Review for iRobot Roomba 530 Vacuum Cleaning Robot - 4 years, 8 months ago
We love our Roomba. We have an older model, but the technology is the same. It vacuums your floor without you doing a thing. It has been a life saver when I have unexpected guests and my dogs traveled in with dirt and sand. It picks up anything in its path (even our electrical wires at which point it shuts itself off and warns you that it has something stuck). It navigates itself throughout your home, and has two signal bases that stop it from going into a room you don't desire it to be in. Then when the battery is low, it directs itself to the charging base and charges up. When it gets too full, it will stop and notify you that it needs to be emptied. If you aren't around (it stays idle for sometime) it will go back to its charging base.
