I am allergic to cinnamon, so I don't get to enjoy all the pumpkin spice treats that most people do. Nestle Coffe-Mate Pumkin Spice Coffee Creamer allows me to enjoy the fall goodness without cinnamon! It also comes in sugar-free, which gives me a low-calorie, sweet treat. It tastes like warm pumpkin pie. I definitely recommend this product. You can find this at most mass retail stores like Walmart and Target and in grocery stores.
I received a free sample of Greenies Breath Buster Bites in the Chicken and Parsley Flavor Dog Treats for my boston terrier and boxer. This was the perfect size treat for my boston terrier, and it freshened her breath. My boxer enjoyed the treats more than my boston, but the treats were too small for her. She would swallow them whole, and she is the one that really needs help with her breath. I would say this is great product for smaller breeds. Get the regular sized Greenies for bigger dogs.
One reason I love Bath & Body Works is because of their Fall line. I get giddy with excitement during the Fall season because I know Bath & Body Works is going to have a pumpkin palooza of amazing, sweet scents. My favorite products and must have for the seasons are the Pecan Waffle candles and Pumpkin latte body spray. Coupons during this season make Bath & Body Works more affordable. However, over the years I have noticed that the body splashes and lotions have been watered down. The scents are not as strong and vibrant as they used to be.
I received a free sample from Origins at Belk for testing purposes. I rarely get acne, but when I do, I have one big zit that is extremely painful and noticeable. I noticed the other night that zit was forming in the corner of my lip, so I immediately ran to get my sample of Checks and Balances to try. The cream is super foamy, so I only needed to use a small drop to cover my whole face. I than lathered my face with warm water, which created a soapy, lathering sensation all over my face. The cream was a delightful sudsy mixture of mint and lavender. I found that the inflammation around my zit went down immediately. In the morning, my zit was gone! However, I felt like the rest of my face was dry after using the Checks and Balances. In the future, I think I will only apply the cream directly to the zit and not all over my face. Overall, great product. It's $23 for a small bottle of Checks and Balances. If the bottle was a lot bigger, I would be willing to pay the price.
This place is a hit or miss. My sister and I both bought our quinceanera and prom dresses from Ross at great prices (less than $60). I've found a few cute tops and shoes there before, but sometimes Ross fails me. I have been to my local Ross where all the merchandise was outdated. Selling "Sonny With A Chance" bedding and neon Crocs. Other times, I have been in Ross, and it looks like they have been robbed. If you want a specific item, get it while you can. My mom wanted a Michael Kor's scarf, and she wanted to wait for the price to go down. Within a week of returning, all scarves were gone. I like Ross, but again, sometimes you go getting a great deal and other times you leave empty handed.
This shampoo differs from other Head & Shoulders scents. The shampoo has a slight coconut scent. It's extremely moisturizing, but still gets rid of greasy hair/dandruff. I like how gentle this product is, but I am struggling to find this in stores recently.
The Garnier Whole Blends Coconut Oil and Cocoa Butter Extracts Smoothing Leave-In Conditioner is similar to the anti-frizz conditioners and serums from Garnier. This product, however, smells like a heavenly, tropical vacation with a coconut drink in each hand. This product is also less greasy and oily to other anti-frizz serums and conditioners. Great product! I love the whole smoothing line!
My hair does not do well with humidity. I frequently use anti-frizz products to keep all my hairs in place, but when I saw the Garnier Hair Care Whole Blends Smoothing Shampoo that promised to keep the frizz away from your hair naturally, I had to try it. With a big coconut on the packaging, that is the exact scent you receive. It smells like a warm toasted coconut. After using the product, and a quick blow dry, my hair was amazingly smooth with no frizz. I could go the whole day with hair smelling like sweet coconut, and with no frizz whats so ever.
I enjoy Pantene because it's a brand I can trust to bring volume to my hair. I decided to try Pantene Ice Shine Shampoo to have shiny, strong hair along with volume. I was disappointed after trying it that my hair didn't look shiny or voluminous. It just was dry and crunchy...like ice. The smell was a clean scent, and the price was only a $1.98.
Mixed Chicks Leave in Hair Conditioner is made for any "mixed" gal. I'm Hispanic and white with straight, thick hair, and my sister who is also Hispanic and white has really curly, afro hair. This product works on both of us even if we have different hair types. The leave in conditioner makes my hair shiny, silky, and smooth. For my sister, it makes her curls have a lot of volume and definition. Each curl bounces. The smell is sweet and fruity. It's not a sticky product at all. The only con to this product is the expense. At your local Target, this product is about $18.99. This is something I splurge on once in a while for amazing hair.
