I have been using this eye makeup remover for years. It's gentle, and doesn't have any harsh ingredients. So it's perfect for removing tight-lined long wear eyeliner pencils on upper and lower lids. I wish it would last longer, though. I seem to go through it very quickly. The cotton pads I use soak it right up. I also wish the container was recyclable. The lid is a very hard plastic, and the bottle is a hard plastic. And it comes in a box -- so more packaging that most people throw into a landfill. But even recycling is a waste if something is used just once (the box).
I do like this lipstick. It is creamy, and the color I got (Beige Blouse) is beautiful. It's sheer, yet has a great color. I do wish that it lasted longer on the lips. The lipliner I mostly use with it is the Marc JacobsPoutliner Longwear Lip Liner Pencil in Slow Burn. But this lipstick looks good with many liners. I like the smell of it. It smells like watermelon, so that's pleasant. The container is beautiful, and looks like it can be recycled in metal, but I'll have to check. The only drawback is that the base of the lipstick holder is slanted, so the lipstick turns around in it (which defeats the purpose of having the slanted holder). I don't know how else to describe it.
I have been using this product for almost 3 years, and it is another staple in my daily skincare. I use it every morning. I apply it on a clean face, and layer my other products on top of it. I wait 5 minutes after applying it, so it can absorb better into the skin. My skin is brighter. I recommend staying away from "creams" that contain Vitamin C because (1) they turn yellow, and that means the product has lost its effect; and (2) most products don't tell the percentage of C that is in the product. Timeless is straight up about this. I know I'm getting 20% real Vitamin C on my skin. As with all Timeless products, these are simple, real ingredients. There's no ingredients list that's a mile long like other products, where Vitamin C is toward the bottom of the list. This is the real deal. And it's very affordable. Since the Vitamin C can change chemistry (I forgot what the process is called), they recommend keeping it in the frig. So I purchased a 1-ounce bottle first. Now, I purchase the refills and keep the big bottle in the frig, and just pour about half an ounce into the smaller bottle when it gets low. I don't keep the small bottle refrigerated. But keeping the larger refill bottle in the frig will keep it fresher. LOVE it!
I have been using this product for almost 3 years. I LOVE it. I am thrilled that the ingredients list isn't a mile long. These are pure, simple ingredients that work very well. I use this Hyaluronic Acid twice a day -- morning and night. I layer it in with my other skincare items. It's very moisturizing. It only takes about 6 drops, but I slather it on. It feels good! It keeps my skin hydrated all day under makeup and all night. Although I use Retin A at night (which can cause some dryness and flaking), you can hardly see any flaking with my foundation and powder on during the day. It's like this locks in all the moisture, if that makes sense. I now purchase this in the big Refill bottles because I love it so much. And the price is affordable. LOVE it!
Excellent! I keep this one as a staple in my skincare. I use The Ordinary Lactic Acid 5% EVERY day, and I use this 10% once a week or more often, as needed. Since I use Retin A every night, The Ordinary Lactic Acids are such an easy, gentle and quick way to exfoliate. Just leave it on. No rinsing necessary. Just stack your other skincare right on top. (The Ordinary recommends waiting 5 minutes between layering skincare, for optimal benefits.) Pure, simple ingredients and affordable! And my skin looks amazing!
I have been using this product for almost 3 years now. Wow! It is part of my morning routine. Since I use Retin A at night, I exfoliate every day with this gentle leave-on exfoliator. I apply it after my Vitamin C Ester and Ferulic Acid Serum, and wait 5 minutes. Then I apply my Hyaluronic Acid. This keeps any and all peeling or flaking from the Retin A down to a minimum. I am soooooo glad The Ordinary exists! Finally -- incredible chemists who know we don't have to pay $300 for a face cream that doesn't work. The Ordinary products are real and simple ingredients, and the prices are quite affordable.
This product has reduced my pores tremendously. It takes a few weeks, but it works. Not to mention all the nutrients going into my skin! I layer this in with my other products at night. I haven't even used it every single day. Just using it 4-5 times a week has made a tremendous difference with my pores. My foundation goes on flawless -- with or without a primer!
It feels good going on and looks nice. If you're over 50, you might not like the slight shimmer in it. I think it comes from the mica. It states "Fragrance Free", but it does have a nice light rose scent. It claims to be infused with Imperial Peony, but the Paeonia Albiflora Root Extract is 26th on the ingredients list, toward the bottom. There is a number at the bottom of the ingredients list that I tried to research. It could be a color or dye, but I'm not sure. I would have to contact the company to find out. I'm not a fan of the packaging. It's a lot of packaging, and looks like it can't be recycled.
I couldn't get past the heavy perfume scent. It was too perfume-y smelling for me. The AHA it claims to have is 11th on the ingredients list, and Imperial Peony is 16th on the list. The other fruit extracts are almost at the bottom of the ingredients list. It was okay, but not for me. I use The Ordinary Lactic acid 5% every day, which works better. Another thing I dislike about this product is the packaging. It's a LOT of packaging, and looks like most of it can't be recycled.
