Really comfortable and cute! I have the dark gray color and absolutely love them. My feet often hurt being up and around all day (toddler life!) and these shoes are a great solution. Great for moms who want something cute that also looks good.
This highlighting powder is AMAZING! I had purchased one of the new NYX highlighting powders (I forget the color but it was the rose-gold toned powder, not liquid or stick) and it went on like blush. Just WAY too dark and very mealy. This one was leaps and bounds ahead of NYX (and normally I LOVE LOVE LOVE NYX) and for only $4.99 at Wal-Greens. Absolutely beautiful, highly pigmented, buttery in texture, and super shimmery. Gives you that glow you're looking for!
Wet n' Wild is REALLY not playing around these days! I purchased a Liquid Catsuit Lipstick in the berry shade... when I got home, I immediately wiped off my NYX Matte Cream in Stockholm to try it on. It was gorgeous on... and took me 3 make up wipes and two baby wipes PLUS A SCRUB OF EXFOLIANT to get off. DAMN. That's staying power! When I wore it to work the next day, I ate, drank, talked, gave presentations... all without having to touch up. Holy moly!!! Wet n Wild--what is this made out of!? Absolutely amazing.
Absolutely stunning palette! The colors are extremely pigmented and long lasting when worn over a primer (I use Urban Decay Primer Potion). The only issue I have with it is the peach scent. I totally get it, but my husband opened it to look at the first night I had it.. I could smell the peach smell in my bedroom. He was in the bathroom. That is STRONG. I can smell it pretty strongly as I put on my make up every morning. Not the worst thing in the world, but those with scent sensitivities may struggle. Otherwise, love the shadows; incredibly dynamic, not overly pink, tons of looks!
This is a great palette for those just getting into contouring. It's really easy to use and the colors aren't too intimidating. However, I found the lightest shade (the highlighting shade) to be very chalky and hard to use; but that being said, once I learned to finesse it, it wasn't a problem. Just a little hoop to jump through!
Perfect powder. I use this alongside the studio setting powder (because that's #oillife for you). It's so perfect if you have very oily skin and the color is perfect. I use the Porcelain shade; light powders that aren't white are very hard to find but it's perfect. The only problem is you don't receive a ton of product, but it's still affordable, so not too much of a con.
Great finishing powder if you have VERY oily skin. I do. I use a matte moisturizer; I use a matte primer; I use matte foundation; I use mattifying powder; and then I top with a finishing powder. That's the way I have to live my life, with an oil slick on my face. This powder works perfectly to SET my foundation and keep me from looking like I'm coated in Vaseline. A little goes a long way. You CANNOT put a ton of this on. I tap a tiny amount into the lid and then use a kabuki brush to dab on under my eyes, on my nose and the corners of my nose, my chin, and my forehead. Then I use a fluffier brush to brush any extra away. You cannot just brush it on. You gotta dab!
This is one of my favorite blushes of all time. I have it in Dusty Rose; it's the perfect not-too-pink tone for those with pale, pinky-toned skin. It can be a little chalky and requires a little finesse with the brush, but for the price, it's so worth it.
This product is perfect for "oh crap I'm out of my normal primer and I just need something to last me a few days until pay day." I have VERY sensitive skin and primers tend to bring out the worst in it... but this primer definitely did the job and didn't give me month-long break outs, so that is a bonus! The only issue is you're definitely not getting very much product.
