I've used other masks from Freeman previously, and have had good experiences. However, I tried the bottled version of this charcoal mask once, and never touched it again. I have very sensitive skin, and this mask left my face red and irritated. Other friends have had luck with this particular mask, but if you veer towards the side of sensitivity-- be weary! Opt for the avocado one instead.
I shouldn't have clicked to review this product...now I'm craving Hot Cheetos. Alas. This snack is the perfect balance of spicy kick addictive flavor. They taste great straight-from-the-bag, or even as a topping to other items. I actually highly recommend substituting tortilla chips in nachos with these. Just trust me.
As much as I am a huge proponent of making pasta dishes from scratch, all convenience aside, I actually adore the taste of Hamburger Helper! Hamburger Helper sauces are always rich, flavorful, and creamy, and the cost of the ingredients required makes a full meal for very affordable!
I'm not typically a huge bread person, but breakfast breads? Sign. Me. Up. Especially if it involves an English muffin.
This is the brand of English muffins which I've been familiar with and have loved since childhood. I first began learning to "cook" by assembling my own microwaveable "pizzas" with English muffins as the crust. And, as (believe it or not) great of a snack those were, I always try to keep a pack of these around for easy breakfast sandwiches. Their texture compliments so many ingredients perfectly! It's a delicious way to start the day, or curb those midnight cravings.
Look...if you had a $1.50 on you in middle school, this was the ice-cream you brought back to the table to exude envious eyes and "just one bite?" looks from friends.
If you like Snickers, you'll like this ice-cream.
The ice-cream itself, encased by the frozen chocolate, is smooth and delicious, and the peanuts give a nice salty crunch which breaks the sweetness up. The absolute best part of this treat however, is the caramel, which doesn't freeze and remains gooey and wonderful like caramel sauce on an ice-cream sundae! The shape of the Snickers ice-cream makes it easily portable too!
Believe the hype about Halo Top!! Whether you're lactose intolerant, vegan, on some kind of other milk alternative-requiring diet, or just happen to be a big fan of coconut, you have to try this.
One of my favorite things about anything coconut-based is its lightness. Halo Top doesn't disappoint here, with an ice-cream that is smooth and that feels (at least) 0.01% healthier than your normally milk-based frozen dessert. Lighter feeling aside, the flavors and mixed-in toppings themselves are rich and delicious!
When you can't jet-set to Italy, Talenti Gelato and the Lizzie McGuire Movie might just have to make do. Good thing it's good gelato! Sea Salt caramel is one of my favorite flavors period, and a definite go-to for frozen goods. Talenti's manages to somehow be both light and rich simultaneously (gelato is a magical thing) with a smooth, creamy texture and the perfect balance of salt and caramel.
My brother purchased a jar of the White Chocolate Wonderful Peanut Butter & Co Spread for his kid's lunches...and left to babysit them one day, I may or may not have discovered the quite literal wonderfulness that this spread truly is, and devoured half the jar by the spoonful. Oops.
If chocolate isn't your thing and the big hype over Nutella is just...not something you can relate to, don't renounce your appreciation of dessert spreads just yet! Biscoff's Cookie Butter is sugar, spice, and everything nice. And addictive. Cookie Butter has a lighter, more buttery flavor as opposed to the chocolate-based Nutella. A cinnamon-spice undertone helps to balance all the sweetness of the cookie spread out.
Asking someone if they like Nutella can get almost as controversial as asking, "Do you dip fries in your frosty?" or, "Pineapple on pizza: yes or no?". But just so you know-- if you don't like Nutella, I'm judging you.
Besides being a totally decadent, completely addictive treat on its own, Nutella makes for a great topping or add-in to almost any dessert you can imagine. Blend it into shakes or add a dollop to your ice-cream. For extra fudge-y richness, mix it into brownie batter. Oh, you've never had strawberries dipped in Nutella? No Nutella cookies? No Nutella latte? You're missing out!
Forewarning though, the commercials often present this as as a "healthy option" for getting picky-eater kids to eat breakfast in the morning. Delicious, Nutella is, but healthy, it is not. But then, what did you really expect from a rich, cocoa-saturated spread? So, if you're looking for the next kale in your life, this is not it. I however, believe in treating oneself, and Nutella just happens to be one of my preferred ways of doing that!
