Review for Coca-Cola® Diet Coke - 2 days, 22 hours ago
Foodie Expert Level 1
While I prefer Coke Zero, Diet Coke is another great option. Its zero calories and comes in caffeine free. To me it's a little less fizzy as coke zero which is why I prefer the latter. But if it's my only option, I'm definitely not mad about it.

Review for Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar - 2 days, 22 hours ago
Now that I'm at the age where I don't need to drink sugary, high caloric beverages all the time, Coke Zero is my go to soda. The similarity between it and classic coke is uncanny. I personally can't tell hardly a difference.

Is there a more classic beverage out there??? CocaCola was one of only 3 sodas I'd drink when I was a kid and it's still the one I crave the most. Nothing can compare to it and I can always tell a difference when its Pepsi or an off brand čśĚ

Review for Dear, Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner - 2 days, 22 hours ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 2
Please don't hate me for this. Klairs has a huge cult following and their Supple Preparation Toner is a classic, however, I can't jump on the bandwagon. I decided to try the Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner because it's formulated without any essential oils/fragrances which is best for my breakout-prone skin. I had high hopes going into this review based on everything I've heard about the brand. But, I was left disappointed. While, I didn't have any breakouts due to the Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner, it didn't do anything for me. And, that's just it. I didn't see any benefits from using it. My skin didn't have any increase in hydration, my redness/irritation didn't seem to change, and my serums didn't absorb quicker. I basically started using this toner as a cleansing water since it did help to remove any dirt/make-up left behind after my double cleansing. I wanted to love the Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner so much, but just couldn't. However, it may just be my skin type. I don't think Klairs is the skin care brand for me.

Review for THE PLANT BASE Time Stop Collagen Ampoule - 2 days, 22 hours ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 2
First, let's talk about the main ingredient. Mushroom extract contains antioxidants that can help fight acne and irritation/redness to help calm and soothe skin. It also contains Vitamin D which helps protect against wrinkles and aging. The Plant Base Time Stop Collagen Ampoule contains a whopping 76.53% Mushroom Extract, so big benefits with this ampoule! I've had this ampoule for awhile but never consistently used it until about a month ago. I've been using it morning (under make-up) and night. And overall, it's probably the most effective wrinkle-fighting serum/ampoule I've tried out. It did minimize the look of fine lines on my forehead and it worked really well under my make-up. I noticed a difference on days I forgot to use it in the morning because my face was less hydrated throughout the day. The Plant Base Time Stop Collagen Ampoule is a light ampoule that didn't leave my skin sticky. And, no break outs! Plus, the packaging on this product is čĺ». I love how clever the dropper is. The top has a push down "button" that locks when the lid is securely fastened. But, when you need to use it, it pops up and turns into a dropper. The whole line of these ampoules are aesthetic!

Review for Dr. Oracle 21;STAY A-Thera Tea Tree Peeling Sticks - 1 week, 6 days ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 2
By the rating, you can tell I didn't love. It just didn't really work for me. I typically have cystic/hormonal acne along my jaw/chin line and was hoping the Dr. Oracle A-Thera Tea Tree Peeling Stick would fix that problem. I used it twice a week but mostly on my T-zone and blemish areas rather than my entire face. While it prevented the blemish from getting any larger, it didn't help make it go away either. You could still feel the inflammation of the acne, and I was still having more pop up. I'll also recommend you use a very light skin care routine following this product. After allowing the Dr. Oracle A-Thera Tea Tree Peeling Stick to dry, I followed with an essence and serum and thought my face was on fire. I immediately had to rewash my whole face to make it stop. The next time I used the Tea Tree Peeling Stick, I only used a moisturizer and it seemed to do the trick. However, use a good moisturizer because the Dr. Oracle A-Thera Tea Tree Peeling Stick will dry out your skin unless you have very oily skin type. Like I said, it did help stop the growth of the blemish and perhaps made it a bit smaller. But, it didn't cure it or prevent others from popping up. And, for only 10 sticks a package, it's a bit overpriced for me to repurchase.

Review for NARS Satin Lipstick - 1 month ago

Review for: Other more...
Overall, I loved this color! It looked great with my light skin tone. It was a more natural color lipstick which I love but it had that golden shimmer to give it a little something extra. It isn't super pigmented, so if that's what you're looking, then maybe try a different color. The packaging is a little on the boring side though.

Review for Algenist GENIUS Liquid Collagen - 1 month ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 2
This was the first Algenist product I've ever tried. I used a sample size I received from Sephora, and I love how light this product is! It soaks into the skin easily and I actually enjoy the scent of it and I'm typically someone who hates any kind of smell in a skincare product. I haven't noticed dramatic results (only very small), but with continued use I believe it would help!

Review for Milk Makeup KUSH High Volume Mascara - 1 month ago
Beauty Junkie Expert Level 2
I love receiving sample size mascaras from Sephora. I tried out the Milk Kush High Volume mascara, but it turned out to be kind of average. It did lengthen my lashes and they looked nice, but I wasn't a fan of the clumpy texture. It did smudge a somewhat easily too.
