I tore my rotator cuff back in September. When I started my PT they had me start off when the 2 lbs, then 3 lbs, then 5 lbs, now I am back up to the 10 lbs. I have had so much success in my healing that when I got done with PT, I went out and got the whole set. I have added these to my daily yoga workout. Having to strengthen muscles after an injury is not easy but the out come can have great benefits.
