I don't even know where to begin, but here goes! I love this so much, like it is HG status for me! Why would anyone pay almost $10 for a top coat that isn't even as good as this? It is insanely shiny, like DANG. It lives up to its name and dries really quickly, so I don't have to worry about ruining my mani seconds after finishing, and it helps when you're doing nail art - no need to wait 5 billion hours before stamping! I haven't had any shrinkage, and it wears pretty well. I've found that it will smear nail art when it is still new, but if you use it a few times and it gets a bit thicker, it won't smear nail art at all. It does get thick and string-y halfway through the bottle, but honestly it's the same way with all nail polishes. Just use some nail polish thinner and you're good. I always stock up whenever I can because most of the time, it's out of stock, which honestly is the only bad thing about this top coat. I've even gotten my sister and my friend hooked onto this!
Review for E.l.f. Cosmetics e.l.f. Studio HD Mattifying Balm - 4 months, 1 week ago
I really wanted to like this, I did. I've been trying to find a product that will keep the oil on my face at bay, cause I have REALLY oily skin. I first got it because the reviews were good, and the ingredients weren't bad. I've used over half of it, and I still don't really like it. It does make you matte and minimize the look of your pores, but the effect only lasts a couple hours on me, tops. After that I'm back to being a greasy mess. The one okay thing is that it didn't break me out, which I'm always cautious of. Also, the packaging isn't the best. I've attached photos so you can see, but before you chalk it up to being too rough with it, I'm very careful with my stuff, and most of the time it was sitting on top of my desk. I've taken it on the go less than 5 times, but it still broke. It could just be the one I got but just a heads up. I do think it could work for someone else, but it just didn't for me

This is a great way to try out Essie's formula and colors! I really love Mademoiselle; it's the perfect sheer nude color. The bottles are really cute, not that that matters much.

Review for Sephora Favorites Perfume Travel Sampler - 11 months, 3 weeks ago
This is a GREAT deal! I was planning on buying a rollarball of one of the perfumes offered here, then I saw this and realized that it was CHEAPER to buy this then use the coupon to get the perfume I already knew I wanted, while also trying out some other perfumes I've heard so much about. There is a wide variety of fragrances, so you'll probably find something you at least like a little. The samples are pretty small but have enough product to get a good feel for the scent, and its convenient for touch ups if you have a really tiny purse. I really love this, and the scents are simply gorgeous!
Review for e.l.f. Lash and Brow Mascara - 1 year ago
I haven't used this on my brows as most people have, but I use it on my lashes, and it does make a ever so slight difference. It adds subtle length and curl, and as someone who is new to makeup and doesn't want to have to deal with mascara flaking or running, especially since I have watery eyes, this is a good way to get used to using a mascara wand. It doesn't do TOO much, but I really didn't expect it to, I was just hoping to add a tiny , TINY bit of makeup to my daily routine. I think this would be a great way to start at makeup, because you really can't mess it up but it still helps you get used to using a mascara wand with no cleanup or maintenance necessary. Also, I use it as a primer to keep my lashes curled. I hate curling my lashes after I put regular mascara on because my lashes stick to the curler and I feel like they are being pulled out, but that was the only way my lashes would curl, but I found out if I put this on my lashes first and curled them, it would curl without doing the whole sticking-to-the-curler thing, and would keep my lashes curled when I layered on my regular mascara.

Review for Ross Dress for Less - 1 year ago
I love this place for many things, mostly cosmetics related. They have a pretty good assortment of items at discounted prices, and while some things may be damaged, if you do a bit of searching sometimes you'll find one in good condition. Overall, it's a pretty good store that comes through when needed!
This is a nice sunscreen for the face, as it doesn't leave my face too oily and slick. I like that it has good protection, since reapplying sunscreen is the last thing on your mind when you're playing in water. It isn't greasy, and it absorbs really fast, so the tell-tale sunscreen smell is the only thing that is left once you've applied it.

Review for OGX® Coconut Water Weightless Hydration Oil - 1 year, 5 months ago
First off, the smell of this is incredible, all coconut-y, but if you are prone to fragrance-induced headaches, it might be a bit too much. The mister on the bottle produces a nice, light, even mist, so you can cover a lot of hair in one spray. I like concentrating it at my ends, either by spraying it first into the palm of my hands then applying it to my hair, or simply spraying it on the ends of my hair. It helps calm frizz, but my hair isn't too frizzy, so if you actually had really frizzy hair it might help. I like using it especially after swimming, since chlorine and salt water dry out my stands like crazy! Plus the coconut smell helps mask the dreaded chlorine smell that seems to linger on hair even after washing it!
Review for Paula's Choice 4 Mattes & A Glam, 1 ea - 1 year, 7 months ago
This is my first real eyeshadow palette, and it is really nice! The pan size is good, the colors are pretty, and the brush it comes with is usable! I've created so many looks with this and the the other eyeshadows I have. The lightest shade is good for highlighting your inner corner without it being that obvious. The plum shade does have glitter fallout, which is not unusual for a glitter shade. I've found plenty of ways to use the plum shade, and it is gorgeous! I've included some looks I've created with this palette and the other eyeshadows I have.

Review for Boots Botanics Tinted Lip Balm, Coral, .12 oz - 1 year, 8 months ago
I have the shade Sheer Pomegranate, and I really like it! It shows up nicely for a "my lips but better" effect. It has a nice smooth texture that isn't sticky at all, and it leaves a slight sheen behind that's typical of most lip balms. It moisturizers really nicely as well, but if your lips are extremely chapped, the color in this can build up in those flakey areas. Exfoliating beforehand or simply using your finger to smooth out the color will solve this. It wears well, as in it doesn't just kind of disappear right after you apply it.
