The worst thing about this is the packaging. It has a brush that goes down into the pot except that it doesn't go deep enough to pick up enough product. The brush is also really stiff and doesn't do much. I had to dump out this product and use a wet brush (not the one that it came with) to apply it. If you don't use a wet brush it will go everywhere. The reason I gave this product three stars is because of the effort it takes to use this product. On the positive side I got this at the Dollar Tree for a buck and the color payoff is nice. I got the color Radiant which is coppery/gold color.
If all I was looking for in a Conditioner was for it to smell good, then this one would win as the smell is amazing. I had mixed results with this product...some day were good hair day and some days were not. I appreciated that they at least left out some of the harmful chemicals such as parabens and color..but i feel like sometimes cheaper brands play up what they leave out when they still have other harmful ingreadent that are left in. I don't know this for a fact, just a hunch. For what it is and the price point...it's not bad. This is the type of product I might pick up if I ran out of something while on a trip, but deffinatly not my first choice. I also try to stay away from brands that test on animals so that is another reason I wouldn't normally buy it.
If all you look for in your hair products then you will love this...it smells amazing! I however look for quality products. I think they tried to some extent as this product is free from parabens, gluten, colorants and silicone. It does however have sulfate and fragrance. I did like how this rinsed out. I hate shampoos that feel like they take forever to wash out. It also didn't feel like I still had product in my hair after my shower, which has been a problem for me in the past. Not the best shampoo I've tried but also nowhere near the worst. With that being said I don't think I would purchase this in the future since I try to stay away from brands that test on animals, which this one does.
I recommend this product for anyone, even beginners. I think this product is very user friendly. I've tried other similar products in different brands but always come back to this one. This has a brush tip vs a felt tip in case anyone is wondering.
This is the third shampoo I've tried from Pacifica and out of the three this is in the middle. I didn't care for their long and strong coconut shampoo but I love the Salty Waves shampoo. This one I got in a mini to try out (perfect size for traveling too!) and it is ok. I think of this as a basic shampoo, it's not bad, but it also didn't do anything out of the ordinary for my hair either. I do love that this brand is 100% vegan and cruelty free.
So I didn't care for this shampoo only because I don't think it was intended to do what I needed it to do. I felt like it coated my hair which I think is typical for this type of product, but I hate when a shampoo is hard to wash out...or feels like it doesn't was out. I think I just prefer a more clean feel where this still felt like I had product on mg hair. I would recommend their Salty Waves shampoo/conditioner
Vegan, cruelty free, certified organic and it smells amazing! What more couild a girl ask for! I'm not a fan of rosemary but mixed with the Mandarin it is transformed into a wonderful scent. I would highly recommend this product.
