This is a nice compromise between a lipstick and an effective lip moisturizer. This particular shade is a pale, frosty pink. The opacity varies with how heavily it's applied. For a standard, quick, lip-moisturizing application, it's shimmery but subtle. However, this shade is a bit pale and cool for my personal taste, and I prefer some of the warmer and darker shades. The consistency of the product is fairly firm in the tube, and while it gets soft in the heat, I've yet to see one completely melt.
I'm going to be sad when I run out of this because I probably won't ever be able to find more. The function of this holds up to the expected quality of the ChapStick brand, but the flavor/scent is what makes this so delightful. It's fun and whimsical and makes me feel happy every time I apply it, even if I've been having a bad day. The taste and smell is a little more like good cupcake frosting than cake batter, but it's still reminiscent of a fun, celebratory baked good.
This shampoo, even if you use it with the conditioner and other complementary products will not magically make your hair smooth and straight. However, I did notice a significant reduction in the frizziness of my hair, and it did reduce the fluffiness a little. The texture of the shampoo itself has an odd sliminess to it that takes a little getting used to. The scent is pleasant, and washing my hair with this shampoo regularly had a fun side effect of strengthening my fingernails. I like this shampoo and other OGX shampoos specifically because they are sulfate-free and do not irritate my scalp or dry out my hair.
This is perhaps my favorite hair serum. It has a lovely, light scent to go along with a lovely, light consistency that doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy or weighed down. I love the packaging and how it dispenses the oil, as it keeps me from accidentally using too much or spilling it. Since it's kind of pricey, not wasting or spilling the product is important.
My hair loves this stuff. I was wary of the high silicone content, but it doesn't seem to cause any buildup problems. Applied once while my hair is still wet and again after it's fully dried helps keep my hair moisturized and manageable. It also smells really nice.
It's got a bit of a funky smell due to the active ingredients, and it takes awhile for it to dissipate after application. The product works, but I don't think it works any better than any other OTC spot treatments. It's perhaps a little less irritating/drying.
A good, middle-of-the-road standby as far as Scotch goes. It stands on its own with a couple of ice cubes and it mixes well in Scotch-based cocktails. It's a nice entry-level Scotch at a good price point and makes a good home bar staple.
I love the strong peaty flavor of this scotch. It's certainly not for everyone, but if you like a peaty scotch, you're missing out if you haven't tried this one. It's best with an ice cube or two, and it adds interest in a lot of cocktails where one might usually use bourbon or rye.
This is tasty, but a bit too sweet to drink regularly. The maple flavor tastes a touch artificial, but it's hard to notice unless you're drinking it on its own. The price point is a bit high for a flavored blended whisky, but it's still a fun treat from time to time, and it adds interest to some whisky-based cocktails.
