At PetSmart, I was not only welcomed but felt at ease in bring in my doggie friend. When accidentes happened, I was given the tools to clean up and was not yelled at. With the ease in shopping, I was able to take my time and really find the products that my dog liked. My dog go to choose and smell the food she wanted and got to personally pick out her toys. PetSmart staff are very approachable and answered questions very fast. Staff really knew their store and products!
Kick back and relax on a Delta flight. If you are flying internationally, I highly recommend Delta, because their food is not only delicious but also very frequent (you will not go hungry in the sky). They have fast and high quality in-flight entertainment and their leg room is better than average. They seat people based on their seat location, and regularly depart on time. Clean planes and quality service. While customer service is average, they get the job done. Good overall service!
With Southwest Airlines I know not to expect more than a bus with wings- so the fact that they offer 2 check in bags for free and cheap fair makes them rock!
Make sure to book weeks in advance to take advantage of their cheap fairs or else fairs will look just like every other airlines.
On average Southwest has been late 90% of the time, and I have been deplaned 2x due to problems with the plane. However, my luggage has always arrived and been undamaged.
Seating in Southwest in average, flight attendants are chill and funny, and seating is basically clean. Flight entertainment is free if you pay for their wifi. Drinks are provided but no meals for short distances.
I like Southwest because of their cheap flights, luggage allowance and because they do not pretend to be better than they are.
Tight seating even for someone under 5f 2in. American Airlines is a budget airline with a brand name. Seating has gotten much smaller, planes look old, their inservice flights are terrible and their customer service has gone downhill. I try not to book American Airlines.
While once it spoiled its frequent flyers, the changes to their policies and at gate upgrades, I no longer see myself loyal to the company. I was at the gate with a first class ticket and wanted to upgrade my friend from economy but was denied. Instead of informing me of airlines policies, the flight attendant reacted bitter, with anger and aggressive. A simple no would have been acceptable but British Airlines staff have lost their sense of good customer service. Their flight continue to be comfortable but their customer service is appalling.
Unlike Virgin Atlantic, Virgin America was the cool hip plan for young business people. While Virgin America was a bit more expensive than their competitors, I always tried to fly with them because of their chic boarding gates with outlets, smooth leather economy seating, relaxing purple lights, and the quality of service. Flying Virgin America felt like an experience- an experience worth the price difference. Moreover, you it attracted young business people - so you knew you had quality talking opportunities.
My recently long distance international flight with Virgin Atlantic was so uncomfortable because staff decided to place all families with children in the center of the plane for quick and early arrival. Not only did this decision create a disaster regarding a domino effect of crying, but also food fights and noise that spread to every inch of the plane.
I understand that this made family seating faster and easier but it hurt everyone else on the plane. I much rather have babies seated across the plane then next to each other, trying to cry louder than the other. I never flew Virgin Atlantic again!
Was lugged into the plan by flight attendants that don't seem to like their job. Planes look old and in need of an update. I try not to fly United. However, I recently read about their support for the Red Cross and am open to reconsidering a flight with them.
Detail oriented flight attendants that deliver with great customer service. On my 5 flights with Lufthansa, I was given fast and quality service despite I was flying economy. International food was very tasty and we were regularly attended. Lufthansa flight attendant care to fly you to the correct place (correct a mistake on my ticket) and they care about making sure you arrive in comfort.
