Review for boscia Charcoal MakeUp Melter Cleansing Oil-Balm - 3 months, 2 weeks ago
I was skeptical about this product before I tried it because I've never known one single make-up remover to remove face make-up as well as eye make-up, mascara, waterproof eye liner and such - until now.  When you rub this all over your face, it will feel greasy at first.  Don't let that discourage you - even if you have oily skin like I do!  This is the make-up removing magic.  I was even able to rub this onto my eyelids and eyelashes without having any burning, stinging, or irritation... and it removed my mascara, and all eye make-up!  You won't really see the results until after you wash the balm off with warm-to-hot water and a wash cloth, but this really removes every bit of make-up from your face and converts to a cleanser once water hits it.  Just be sure to really rub it in before washing it off, using a circular motion with your fingertips.  This is well worth the price because you won't need to buy a separate eye make-up remover, and your skin will actually be clean after washing it away without using another cleanser afterwards.

Review for Keurig® K-COMPACT™ Single Serve Coffee Maker - 3 months, 3 weeks ago
I received this Keurig complimentary for testing purposes, but my opinions are my own.  I never used a Keurig before now.  I know that sounds hard to believe since they are found in many waiting rooms of car dealerships, dentist offices, and workplaces, but it's true.  It's actually very easy to use and hte pods with the coffee in them contain the perfect amount so you can slide it into the machine and press one of three buttons to brew a strong, medium, or more mild beverage.  It takes seconds for the water to heat up in the resevoir, that's also very easy to fill.  And, a cup of coffee is ready in the blink of an eye.  I was concerned with cleaning the machine, but it's really easy.  There's a drip tray under the cup that you can easily wipe down.  Also, if you run plain water through the machine periodically, it gets rid of leftober coffee residue inside.  You can even fit your hand into the water reservois and wipe that down when it's empty to get out any mineral residue from the water or juse for general cleaning purposes.  The machine I received was a sleek and stylish black color which mactched other appliances in my kitchen.  It fit nicely on my counter top without taking up lots of space.  What's nice is the convenience of not having to make a full pot of coffee when you just want to make one cup.  Additoinally, every person in the household can choose a different beverage to make with the unit (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, different flavors and types of coffee) with easy cleanup.  No washing pots!  With the Keurig, I also had the opportunity to try different flavors of coffees.  My favorite was the Dark Magic since I enjoy a strong brew.  My daughter loves the Donut Shop coffee k-cups which brew a nice, smooth medium cup of coffee, and the Island Coconut flavor is very  mild and not overpowering with coconut flavor, which also produces and enjoyable flavored cup of java.  The only drawback is that the k-cups create waste.  I wish the unit came with a reusable coffee pod.
Review for Duncan Hines Perfect Size for 1 Chocolate Lover's Cake - 3 months, 4 weeks ago
This is the perfect single serving size for cake.  What's best is that it's ready in under 5 minutes, tastes great, and is served warm!  If you follow the directions for "baking" it in the microwave, the cake will be completely baked, and left moist.  4 packets can be purchased for under $4, too, which is a bargain compared to the single cake in a cup products competitor companies offer at a cost up three times as much!  I received a complimentary sample of this product to try, but my opinions are entirely my own.
Review for Harry & David - 4 months, 3 weeks ago
Harry and David has a variety of edible gift options in various price ranges.  They make shopping for that person that's impossible to shop for, easy. However, their products are pricey unless you have a coupon or select something from their sale category.
Review for iPSY - 4 months, 3 weeks ago
The ipsy beauty box is fun to get, however, there are only so many cosmetics a girl can use.  After subscribing for about a year, I discontinued the subscription because I had a ridiculous amount of makeup that I just couldn't use up fast enough.  Fun factor aside, sometimes products by unknown brands are included and they can really get the colors wrong, too...so be prepared for some wild colors from time to time that you'll probably only use on Halloween.
Review for Home Chef Meal Delivery - 4 months, 3 weeks ago
Home Chef is convenient and provides meal ideas that can be used even after the box is gone.  The recipes are easy to follow and inventive.  It's rather expensive, though.

The meals are easy to prepare and the ingredients are fresh.  I like how they don't sent any pre-made dressings or components to the recipes, so you can duplicate the recipes on your own again after the box is gone. The only drawback is that the subscription is pricey.  The portion sizes are large.  What they say can feed two people can easily feed 3-4.

Review for Rice Chex Gluten Free Cereal - 5 months, 3 weeks ago
This cereal has been a favorite of mine since I was a child, and I'm so glad that the taste of it has not changed.  It's not sweet, it's crunchy, and I love the way the milk flows through each bite.
While these deli snackers are ok, they were super difficult to find in stores. If I have to hunt for food that isn't available in Target or large chain supermarkets there's not much of a chance I'll be buying it again.
