Tylenol is definitely one of my go-to medicines if I’m feeling extra achey and sore or need to give my (prescribed!) medications an extra boost. As always, consult your doctor on how much you should take, but definitely ask about taking Tylenol as a supplement to your other medications!
Although a bit pricey, this lotion gave my face life when I was in bed rest. It effectively softens and moistens your face for hours and leaves you feeling fresh! Not only that, but this lotion smells absolutely delicious and truly helps me fall asleep.
Everything hurts when you’re recovering from major surgery, so anything that will make your life easier will be helpful! Which is where this brush comes in... it gets out any tangles very quickly and it is almost painless! Definitely a must have item if you’re stuck in bed all day like I was!
Because I was unable to pull myself off the toilet (TMI!), I purchased this raised toilet seat. It is very easy to put on or take off of your toilet and it definitely does the job if you need something like this!
Aside from the mattress topper, this is another item that I could not live without. I was not able to sleep on my back due to residual surgical pain, and so I bought this pillow in hopes that it will effectively keep me comfortably on my side. And it works! (Currently am snuggled up in my pillow right now, in fact!)
