I hadn’t found a makeup wipe that I liked yet, but I gave these a shot and I love them. They aren’t too dry but they aren’t super wet. They do a great job of taking makeup off, but they’re not an abrasive material like some of the others. They do have a scent, so if you’re sensitive, I might not recommend these. I find the scent light and fresh not too perfumy. They make my skin feel cool. There isn’t menthol or anything like that. They just truly make my skin feel refreshed. I’ll definitely buy them again.
I love this blender. It’s got a nice firmness to it for more control, but it still soft and bouncy. The Real Techniques sponge is good but it’s a little too soft for me. It probably comes down to a matter of preference, but this is the best drug store option I’ve found so far and I will definitely be repurchasing it.
I feel like most “body butter” is just lotion, they’ve just stuck in a jar. Not always good lotion even. This has a thick, almost gelatin texture to it. It smells good, it doesn’t sting my skin, it leaves my skin feeling smooth. My only gripe is I wish it was a bit more moisturizing. It’s great, don’t get me wrong! In my mind, 5 stars would be a heavy duty body butter. I haven’t found that one yet. This is the BEST so far.
This has a great scent and it’s got a very light texture which doesn’t weigh my hair down. Fine hair + thick conditioner is nobody’s friend. I may stop using the shampoo but I really enjoy the conditioner!
This has a nice clean smell, unlike some of the other scary smells this brand ha come out with. I didn’t really notice a difference...until I stopped using it. Then I realized just how well it works and that I may not be able to live without it now. So part of me wonders if it’s damaged my hair somehow and my hair is trying to compensate by releasing extra oil? Or if it truly does work? Im going to switch when I run out (soon!) just to see.
So maybe this is just the one I got? The consistency feels very...balmy. Like chapstick almost. I use it like a lip pot. I swipe my finger gently across the top and smooth it on my face. I think they could put it in a stick form if they wanted to. It’s hard to get a decent amount of product but I actually think that’s for the best. Because I’m definitely not over using it and my skin has improved SO much. I had weird dry spots on the top of my cheeks/under my eyes and no amount of anything was making it better. A few days of this and they feel normal and not flaky. And this is with a seriously small amount! This was sent to me as a sample and I didn’t think much of it at the time, but my skin has changed a bit (I’ve always had combination/oily skin) and this seems to be the only thing helping. Plus it smells like baby wipes, and I can live with that over some of the others.
I’ve had this for awhile and I didn’t really like it but I tried going back to it and it pills up and flakes on my skin, which makes me feel like it’s not moisturizing if it’s falling off. I used it as directed. I don’t hate the smell, it’s nice. I wouldn’t say I have sensitive skin, but it also stings a bit at the top of my cheeks. I don’t think I’ll use it again.
I have a million neutral eye shadow palettes but I love love love this one. The colors are perfect it blends great. This is now my favorite palette. Boxycharm sent this a few months ago and I can’t get enough. I’ve always had trouble getting my crease the way I wanted, I used this product, BAM! Good eye day. It has the right shades to gently increase the depth without being over the top. You can go bold or everyday with this palette. Plus it has some shimmers and some matters so it can easily be an all-in-1 palette.
Went on beautifully. Looked great...for about two weeks. The color didn’t even last long enough for me to grow roots. It’s faded to an odd looking version of my natural color, which is a medium brown. I’m extremely disappointed.
