I tend to go back and forth between H&R block & TurboTax. Last year I filed with turbotax, so I had planned to do the same this year, just for ease of use. Long story short - turbotax requires those who plan to claim their student loan interest to pay for the $40 version. I stopped everything and switched over to H&R Block. Their system isn't quite as user friendly (it's really a marginal difference though), but they don't require students to pay for an upgraded version just to claim their loan interest. This is such a common situation, and students already get nickle and dimed out if what little money they have, that I feel like this is important.
I used turbotax (free edition) last year, so thought it would be super easy to use it again. I really like the functionality and their explanations for each step, however I was sorely disappointed when it came time to enter my student loan payments. **They don't tell you this upfront but if you plan to claim your student loan interest you're ineligible for the free edition.** With student loans being such a common thing I was extremely disappointed at their charging for it - but what irritated me more is the lack of transparency. It's one of the last steps you take & I was nearly done, thinking I'd be filming for free, instead they wanted me to pay $40 to file for trying to better myself. I ended up filing with H&R Block , and while their product was marginally less intuitive it was free for those with student loans.
My mom has been using this cream for ages & at 63 her skin looks amazing! So naturally, when I started getting into anti-aging this was one of the 1st things I tried. Regretfully, I had a really bad reaction to it -- bumps on my face & massive itching. I was a bit heart broken about it. I had to, of course, discontinue use after only a couple applications.
This is definitely one of my favourite masques. If your looking for something to manage & shrink breakouts - this is your girl. I absolutely LOVE it. It also doesn't dry out your skin at all. The reason im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a little pricey, but still - I haven't found a better working masque. Highly recommend!!
I really love this oil. I like to put this on my wet skin right after I'm done showering, then just pat dry with a towel. The only thing I will say is that it's a bit expensive. I felt like I enjoy jojoba just as much & you can get quality jojoba for much less. Still a great product though!
I really like Audible for more knowledge based books. History, self improvement, more heavy reading materials, because I feel like I process the information better. You can also bookmark things so it's pretty easy to go back to, or reference. I do wish you didn't have to have a membership to purchase though. But even after you cancel you still have access to the books you've purchased, and you can actually get free trials if you cancel and then wait long enough to come back (I've done this several times over the span of 5-7 years). You can use the same CC and email info too.
I'm absolutely OBSESSED with these facial sprays. It's very calming on my skin and feels super hydrating. I like to mist this on my face after my toner and before my moisturizer, I feel like the moisturizer helps to lock the goodness in. Also, I have curly hair, and I really love this to refresh my curls in the mornings. :)
I got this toy as a Christmas present for my parents' dog who is a SUPER heavy chewer. He really loved it and it's lasted a lot longer than most toys do. The fact that it's a rope knot is pretty helpful. Just a word of caution, the toy is quite heavy so if you have a dog that like to throw their toys this might not be for them. Otherwise -- highly recommend.
