I recently bought a different moisturizer and had a terrible reaction to it. I took that back and bought this to help save my skin, and it has worked fantastically well. It's a really nice, light gel texture which makes my skin really soft and hydrated without a residue. No scent, no irritants, really great for my sensitive skin. I would definitely buy again, I've never had a reaction from any Simple products.
I bought this to get my eyebrow situation in check. I have decent brows, but they're a bit on the light side and they're just not as full as I would like. I really like the little brush on this product, however I feel like you definitely need to scrape off excess before you apply, otherwise you'll be in for some sticky brows. Overall, really nice setting and lasting ability. Would buy again, but in a lighter color
A bit of an impulse purchase, but the beautiful packaging really caught my eye at the counter. I bought this in brown for my blonde lashes on days I don't want a super intense eye. The wand is really thin, long, not very long bristles. The formula is really great and adds a nice amount of length and definition without flaking or irritating all day. However, because the bristles are so short, it doesn't separate my lashes very well so that is a bit of a drawback. It's great for bottom lashes though! Overall, I wouldn't splurge on this over some of my drugstore faves, but it's a solid mascara with a boujee luxury feel to it.
So I REALLY wanted to love this concealer, but it just didn’t do what I needed it to do. I have moderate dark circles and a few areas of redness around my face I like to buff concealer on to give myself a really nice light coverage. I got this because my TF Born this way way out, however this has less coverage and was drying underneath my eyes. Plus, it’s more expensive. It blends easily by just didn’t cover any of my darkness, but looked decent around my face. I actually like the Maybelline FitMe concealer dupe better
So I have probably gone through 10 of these, with that being a conservative guess, and these sponges are my everything. They are beautifully when dampened to apply all types of products and for me I have never even glanced the way of a beauty blender after using this ( for a fraction of the price). Holy grail
These brushes are my favorite of the moment. They lay down product beautifully, clean like a dream, and have a beautiful look to them. The price is around $20, but this one in particular pats on my liquid foundation and concealer so well, it has become a staple far exceeding its cost.
First off, you’ve got to appreciate the attempt at a new shape for a beauty sponge in a market saturated with dupes, quite entertaining. Second, this is a nice, squishy sponge I use for laying down liquid and cream products. It’s contours are a bit awkward compared to more rounded designs, but it does the job at a great price
Prior to this year, I refused to spend more than a few dollars on a single brush, but decided to branch out and give this a try. It’s a lovely handle and weight, with really soft bristles that blend and move product beautifully. I’m only sad I haven’t bought these sooner
This powder was a nice surprise at the drugstore! Sets my face really nicely and leaves a nice finish all day. Works well for touch ups as well. This competes with more expensive powders and definitely holds its own, I recommend picking it up .
I wanted to love this, as the colors in this palette look really lovely. However, the texture was chalky, patchy and just very underwhelming. Especially, considering the price these are set at for the drugstore. Their city minis are much better!
