Review for: Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Kiss Cupuacu Lip Butter more...
This lip balm is absolutely AMAZING! I bought it on a whim and wasn't expecting to love it as much as I do, especially since it's $18. Boy am I glad I bought this! It's super hydrating and last for hours, which is exactly what I need with my dry and chapped lips. I'm a lip balm addict and the icing on the cake for me with this product is that is smells exactly like Honey Nut Cheerios! Yum!
This Kenra product is by far my favorite from the line. My stylist first used this on me many years ago and I've been hooked ever since. It adds heat protection, which is the first plus in my book. Secondly, it adds incredible shine to hair. Thirdly, it can then be used as a finishing treatment to add extra shine to hair after styling. A little bit goes a long way though! The product is not thick like an oil, but is rather on the thin side. It still has the ability to make your hair look oily if too much is used though! The last plus in my book is that this stuff has an amazingly intoxicatingly scent! It's light and fruity and just yummy! Plus, any extra product you have can be used on your skin as a moisturizer! You can't go wrong with a product that can be used in multiple ways!
I'm in love with Philosophy lip glosses and body washes! The peppermint stick scent is a wonderful mix of cream and peppermint, so it doesn't have the strong peppermint flavor bite. It's mellowed out with the creamy scent and is perfect for colder months when you want to be reminded of the holiday season. However, it's nice for those hot summer months as well, as the body wash does add a nice burst of cool creamy peppermint to the shower experience. The lip gloss is my absolute favorite though! I tend to have cracked and dry lips and have found that Philosophy glosses are SO emollient that they heal dry lips overnight. The dry skin will literally flake off in the morning to come since the product acts like a thick hybrid of a mask and lip gloss. It can be wore during the day as well, but it is on the heavier side, so be aware that a tiny bit goes a long way!
These brushes are such a great buy at a bargain price! They are of great quality and last a long time, as long as you take care of the brushes through regular washings. This brush is the perfect size for applying loose translucent powder or bronzer (as the brush suggests). I don't find that these brushes lose their bristles very much compared to other brands in the same price range. Overall, if you are searching for makeup brushes of good quality at a low price, these may be right up your alley!
This is my go-to Spring scent! I recently discovered it at my local Sephora and fell in love with the white floral scent. It's strong enough for those spring and summer days, but heavy enough for cooler weather as well. It's not powdery in any way, which a big plus for me. It's the perfect purely floral perfume!
This is one of my absolute favorite perfumes! It's perfect for colder weather since it has a heavier scent that still has a hint of sweetness. It's also the perfect size for a purse! The lip gloss is okay, although the Juicy Tubes have never been one of my favorites. Since I received this as a gift I can't really complain though! If you are looking for a perfect fall scent, I highly recommend this one.
When I used to color my hair I used this product quite frequently. It does an amazing job at replenishing lost moisture and shine to dry and damaged hair. It makes your hair manageable and soft too. I highly recommend this if you currently chemically treat your hair or use heat/styling tools on a daily basis, because it will definitely help repair your hair!
I have always read amazing reviews on this perfume but it never seemed to "wow" me very much. It may have simply reacted to my own skin differently as other individuals, but I found this to me pretty lackluster. In my opinion, there's not much depth to the scent. It's nice, but doesn't evoke any emotion or intrigue with me. It seems a tad watered down in scent to me, but I tend to like heavier perfumes so I may be a bit biased.
I don't color my hair any longer but when I did, this was always my go-to shampoo. It seriously is the absolute best for retaining hair color (even red!). It's expensive, but completely worth it if you regularly spend the money to color your hair.
Love love love! This has always been one of my favorite Escada perfumes! I seem to think all Escada perfumes have similar notes but this one stands out to me since, in my opinion, it's not only a fruity base. There seem to be warm notes and hints of floral as well. It's definitely a good spring and summer scent, but might be a little too light and fruity to be good for the fall and winter months. Overall this is a wonderful perfume though!
