I bought this a while ago and sadly they closed in Australia so I can’t double check my shade. I am either a 2 or a 3.5 and I’m just not sure enough to risk buying online from overseas. It’s a totally gorgeous foundation, medium to full coverage, seamless application and very much a skin-like look and feel. This was the foundation that caused me to become an illamasqua convert, I bought a bunch of their products and dragged friends there to try out their stuff. I had their primer (satin which was fabulous too), and still have four brushes, an eye palette, three lip pencils, three lipsticks, a blush and their “hydra veil” which was utter magic to use on my dry skin. Their stuff is GREAT. Amazing shade range too.
I really quite like this foundation. I’m not 100% though because I have dry skin and this is a matte foundation and I noticed today it creased and cracked around my nose almost immediately after applying. I don’t know if that was because I was using a new primer. I love the almost mousse-like texture. I think I’ll head into Sephora to ask the staff and test out different primers.
Really like this product. I don’t use it every time but when I do I notice my lashes look better. Longer, fuller and fanned our prettily. I bought the travel size because I find it hard to finish mascaras quickly and I know you’re supposed to throw them out after six months.
It works well to clean my dishes. Very convenient to have the big size container, though I wish each tablet wasn’t individually wrapped in plastic. Very bad for the environment. Will probably end up buying a more environmentally conscious brand next time.
Moved into my flat and the previous tenant had left wooden cooking implements in the dishwasher and they’d gone mouldy. It was disgusting. Ran this through and everything was fixed. Great product. Will definitely repurchase
I really like this mascara, it coats well and curls quite well. I do find it less black and more matte than the bad gal BANG and my givenchy phenomen’ eyes waterproof mascara. I like it and use it daily. For best results I use it after using the they’re real tinted primer. Benefit Cosmetics They're Real! Tinted Primer
A friend very kindly gave me this. It’s in the shade 150 Jasmin but is too dark for me to use as a face powder, but it’s just so lovely and recently I have been seeing YouTubers using foundations darker than their skin as contour, so I’m using this as a bronzer and it looks fantastic. It gives my face dimension and breaks up that “all one colour ghost face”. Really happy.
This is a repurchase. I owned the normal one for a while and LOVED it but couldn’t buy it in Australia. So I used benefit “they’re real” as a dupe until they finally brought this to Australia. I snapped it up and am so happy. This is my special splurge but it looks so good on me that it’s totally worth it. This is 7-8 hours after applying AND I wear glasses. I admittedly have long lashes but this looks so good.
Separated on my skin and looked totally awful on me. I wanted to love it because my skin is so dry, but I just couldn’t get it to work on me. No matter what I tried. I hate having to throw out product especially when it wasn’t cheap.
