Review for MAKE UP FOR EVER Ultra HD Foundation - 2 years ago
This is the first foundation I've found that actually works for me. I have freckles, but I don't want to cover them up, I just want to make my skin look naturally matte and smooth. That's exactly what this foundation did for me. But for those of you who want full light, medium, or full coverage this is for you. It's easy to layer to create full coverage. However, if you haven't exfoliated in awhile and have dead skin, then basically any foundation (including this one) makes your dead skin much more visible. Easy to blend with brush or beauty blender. Also, i would recommend focusing on one section of the face at a time, because if you dot your face all over, it will dry pretty fast.

First of all, these work extremely well for removing makeup. Personally I don't use these to remove my makeup at the end of the day (I use cleansing charcoal soap), I only use this to correct any mistakes I might've made. The main reason I rated this 3 stars is because it hurts your eyes so bad. Even if you don't have sensitive skin, it will burn your eyes when removing makeup. So basically this is okay for correcting mistakes, but will burn sensitive skin all over.

I absolutely love these brushes! I got this off of Amazon for $8.99, which is an AMAZING price for such high-quality brushes. I was in need for some kabuki brushes to blend out foundation. I personally prefer these brushed to beauty blenders, because it's easier to spread around and way faster to blend out. The brushes are super smooth, and despite some reviews I read, don't smell chemically at all. I love the face brushes that came with this, but I'm really not sure if ill ever use the smaller eye brushes. Since kabuki brushes are stiff, when they're smaller its make them feel a bit more stiff. I just would personally stick to my regular eye brushes for my eyeshadow. Definitely HIGHLY recommend this amazing brush set,
Review for Smashbox Photo Finish Foundation Primer - 2 years ago
There's literally so much hype around this product, and I only thought it was okay. First of all, I literally can't even tell a difference between this and my ELF primer. Except this one feels a bit more oily/greasy on my skin. And this doesn't really bother me, but I just thought I'd say that it kinda smells like chemicals of some sort. Of course you don't smell it once it's on your face. Honestly I wouldn't waste my money on it when there's super cheap dupes out there.

This is such a great, hydrating moisturizer. Personally I have oily and dry skin. This makes my skin so refreshed and glowy. It's great moisturizer to use at night, and it leaves my skin SO SMOOTH. My only complaint is that when I use it in the morning, it honestly leaves my face a bit more oily than it normally Is. So now I only use it at night now. Highly recommend. Also perfect for sensitive skin.

Review for SEPHORA COLLECTION Eggspert Mini Sponges - 2 years ago
Perfect pack of tiny beauty blenders. This is literally the perfect set for all types of blending. To be honest, I sometimes even use these for my foundation. But they're especially perfect for covering acne without completely rubbing the concealer off. Also, they are PERFECT for under eye application. I've never had such a breeze when applying concealer to my under eye bags.

Review for: Golden Goddess more...
I tried this out for the first time, and already put it in my "later" drawer. The only reason I bought this was because it was $2. The dark colors are sorta pigmented, but the lighter colors not so much. When applied to my eyelids, it kinda clumped and you could see powder "clumps". However, I'm sure banging your brush a little before applying it, it would be better, but for me it still clumped a little. Can't say I'd recommend this at all.

Review for T.N. Dickinson's Witch Hazel Astringent - 2 years ago
This is so amazing! I just recently started using it, and I can already a huge difference in my skin. First of all, it literally leaves my skin feeling like a baby's bum. It also helps my pores close up after a hot shower. It also balances all the oils out in your skin. I use it in the morning and at night after my shower. Definitely recommend!

I guess the darker colors (bronzers) are alright, but the lighter colors (highlighters) were so not pigmented. I would apply the highlighters, and they didn't show up AT ALL, and didn't add any glimmer or any sort of shine. Wouldn't really recommend to beginners, or someone who's looking for highlighters.
