I have a hard time with finding bread substitutes for my home because I have celiac and my boyfriend does not. So with that said I am used to the texture difference and density. Is this something that may boyfriend may like as a substitute? He has a problem with the other Udi's sliced bread loaf textures.
They are pretty dense in texture! I wouldn't call them fluffy but I heated mine up for 15 secs in the microwave and put some butter on it, I thought that helped with being on the verge of being dry. Hope that helps!
