I got this in Feelin Fine in a Vox Box. The color is beautiful and it is very matte. The lippie comes with a long applicator with a thin wand- similar to a lip pencil. I found this lippie to be difficult to work with. It can go on patchy- especially when I was lining my lips. It was difficult to smooth out the patchiness with the end of the wand, especially since it dries fast.
After some practice, filling in my lips was quite easy and it is possible to get an even fill. However it is difficult to tell how much is on the wand so I had to be careful in order to avoid an unfortunate surprise. It is buildable. The formula does not dry completely right away, so I could smooth out the patchiness at the edge of my lips with my finger, but it does stain quickly so my finger was stained after doing this.
The lip formula is close to being transfer proof after about 4-5 minutes. This is a very comfortable and lightweight formula so I wasn't constantly reminded that I was wearing it. It lasts for a few hours without me having to reapply and it fades nicely. It is not the easiest liquid lip to apply but it looks nice once it is on.
I do not like lash stiletto mascara. It is flaky and not very pigmented, and does not add anything special to my lashes. I rated it 2 stars only because I still use it because it is around, and because it is not the worst mascara ever, but it is pretty bad.
I use this mascara as my day-to-day go-to. I have it in brownish-black, which amps up my lashes by keeps them looking natural. The wand is flexible, which I love. It let's me get to all of my hairs and I think that it helps to coat my lashes well without putting on too much product. It keeps my lashes looking separated but adds volume. This is a really great mascara.
I bought this mascara in its blackest shade on the basis that this is essentially the OG mascara, and why try to change a good thing. I wore it several times and it is nice enough but it was not really anything special. It added color to my lashes, but that was about it. The mascara made my eyelashes a little clumpy, but mostly it was just not special and I have a lot of others that I like better.
This mascara is good- it coats my lashes and gets the job done. I would only rate this 3 stars, except that you can buy it in brown, which is hard to find, and I love brown mascara. I don't think that it adds anything extra in terms of length or volume, but it covers nicely and keeps my lashes looking natural.
This is a good mascara, but I don't think that it stands out. I like that it has a volumizing side and a color side, although I bought this in too dark of a shade so I don't often use the color side unless I'm doing an evening look. It works like it should, but it is a little flaky. I don't dislike this mascara but I don't think I would buy it again.
This is up there as one of my favorite mascaras. I like the formula. It curls my lashes well, even on days I forget to use an eyelash curler. On the days I use both, I look very awake and I feel like my eyes look brighter. It's not very often that I notice a particular mascara making my eyes look very different, but this does in a very good way.
I like Bad Gal Bang overall. It makes my lashes look thick without clumping too much, and the formula stays without transferring or flaking. However I don't think that it is worth the price. It's not any more spectacular than volumizing mascara that is half the price and the formula is underwhelming for what you get. I have to add a few coats to get the effect I want, but by then I have to worry about potential clumping, and for this price I want to add coats to my heart's content without having to be concerned about clumping.
