We have always used Dawn. We typically use only the dishwasher, but have to hand wash the tough stuck on pots and pans. Dawn never leaves a residue and removes all of the grease. It's never much more than the store brands and is worth the extra few cents.
This is the Gain product that we use the most. It is specialized for cold water washes-which is the only option we use. It allows us to save money and we can still take hot showers while the washer is running. That's always a plus. Even though my husband and son both have sensitive skin, they have been able to use this detergent without any reactions.
They always have amazing promo codes. I bought $60 worth of makeup (literally 60 items) for my wedding and only paid $30 with free shipping. It is great quality for most of their products only being $1. Most items are full-size (comparable to other makeup brands) but at fraction of the cost.
I have loved every product that I try from Dove. Their shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling soft and the dry shampoo allows me to leave my normally curly/frizzy hair straight for another day. The liquid soap is amazing as well, but does run a little high. We usually don't buy the Dove soap unless there is a good sale and/or coupons available.
I am often around several people who have severe allergies. Most of them are not able to be around someone wearing strong perfume or cologne. I can wear several scents of body spray from Bath and Body Works and not affect their allergies while still enjoying my perfume. My favorite scent is the Moonlight Path collection. I always keep several of the spray, lotion, and shower gels on hand.
First, I love that the Y has a financial assistance program. We are a one income family due to having a special needs child. It has never been easy to afford a gym plan for both my husband and myself. Our son, who is autistic, has been able to take swim lessons there and they were very successful. Secondly, I love the multitude of locations. Whether I go in my hometown while my son is in school or in another town half an hour away while he is in therapies, I always have the option to go to the closest Y. Third, they have recently opened a new Y with a large water park area. We are looking forward to being able to use that as a fun summer getaway as a family.
I do not use many different brands of makeup, but during my recent visit to Ulta, I was impressed with their sizeable selection of hair care products. They carried multiple brands that my salons no longer stocked which had forced me into using other brands that I was not as fond of. While most of their products are in the higher price bracket, they are comparable to salon prices. I will be shopping there again-especially for those hard to find products.
