Great product for removing oil and impurities. It's amazing how much gunk I can see on the cotton after swiping.
This toner is a little on the strong side, but it still does not irritate my skin at all. It has 1.5% salicylic acid and witch hazel in it. Might be too harsh for those with sensitive skins but it's just fine for me.
For reference, I have skin that is combo-oily, clog-prone, and not sensitive. My regular toner is Clinique's Clarifying Lotion 2, but sometimes I need to use something stronger when I want to really get in there and get my pores clean. This toner is great for that.
My only complaint about this Acne Solutions toner is that it's a tad bit drying so it's not something that I would use every day.
I am a fan of Clinique's products and this one is a winner. I'd buy it again.
I LOVE this product! It is a very nice powder, it feels very lightweight on the skin and keeps my foundation/bb cream/concealer on all day. I do find that when I apply a little too much underneath the eyes it gets a little cakey but that is a user error. The only complaint I have is, the lid likes to pop off a lot in my makeup bag, the packaging is a little crappy, but the product itself is amazing, and even better, it is super affordable! Will be a constant repurchase.
So I'm actually in love! Lol I'll post a few pictures of my skin tone with a few of the colors I love. I've ordered around 8 of these now. My favorites for my mixed skin tone are RUFFLE TRIM (seen in second picture) BEAUTY MARK (SEEN in photo #1 & #3) and FRENCH MAID (seen in picture #4). It lasts a really long time as long as your not eating or drinking something with oils in it. My only complaint is that re applying after you eat something oily it doesn't look as nice as the first time you applied it. It can look blotchy and thick in some places after re-application. But if you don't eat then should stay on a long time and keep you looking fabulous. Honestly for price they're amazing!
This is a good mascara & better than some high end brands I have purchased. I only use it as a base before using other mascara on top because it doesn't have quite the lasting power if I don't. I do like the shape of the wand as it is contoured to the actual eyelash shape.
this powder really does its job of keeping the skin matte all day. i used to have oily looking skin by the end of the day but eversince i started using this, i stopped being oily anymore. even if it is a bit expensive, i think it is worth the splurge. i will repurchase this if i run out.
This is honestly the worst foundation I've ever tried that I remember. Just awful. It doesn't apply nicely, it doesn't stay on the skin for long, hard to build up to get decent coverage, oxidizes, it's so so expensive. Bought this last fall so I've kept it for a year just cause I didn't wanna waste product and I paid so much of it but I can't stand it. I've never had another foundation that is so difficult to make decent looking on the skin, I've tried it in so many different ways and just no.. Thank you Nars for discontinuing this.
his is a good loose powder. it does what it's supposed to: mattifies and sets makeup. this powder extends the wear of my foundation. the only reason i would not repurchase is because the packaging is so irritating. it's a sifter jar with a screw top lid. the screw top lid means that powder gets everywhere when you unscrew the lid. otherwise, i'm happy with this powder.
I never had problems with the studio fix powders....honestly this foundation didn't break me out anymore than I already was (thank you time of the month) then again I don't have particularly sensitive skin, just oily/acne prone..........
Absolutely LOVE the feeling this gives my face, however I have very risen cheeks and it doesn't nothing for the redness. The smooth feeling it gives my face makes up for that, but wish it did take away more of the red like I anticipated. I've used a lot of primers, over moisturizer, under foundation or BB cream. This one is the best, I like it more than the super expensive brands.
