love this eyeliner...its the only one i use and have ever used since high school. stays on ALL day even with my oil skin and sooo easy to take off. its true it comes off in long peices true, but that means no horrible racoon eyes so BE HAPPY!!^^ its impossible actually to get racoon eyes with this liner, and the brush is nice although in some bottles its kinda square on the tip wich if u dont use liquid regularly then it can make all your lines big. but with a little snip snip u can fix it soooo easily. also i have seen it flake on the outter ends of some peoples eyes but with my asian type eyes i dont have that problem. also dries super quick! The only problem is that it gets your lashes all gunked up.
I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanted to love this product, but i just cant! I could sware in the begining and a month down the road it was my face bar for life (or at least untill my break outs would cut back). But after about a month it broke me out like crazy!! And it wasnt just me either, my boyfriend started using it with me for about 3 weeks and we both broke out!! Ahhhh it was horrible, i really wanted to love it i sware i did really try even though it doesnt even remove make up! O well there goes my hopes and dreams of only spending $10 for a face bar that last foreverrrr..the 2 months and 1 month my boyfriend and I used it, we barely put a dent in that thing it must last foreverrr! well good for someone i guess this wash works on, ur going to save lots of $..unlike me. Anyway right now im trying Chanel wash+toner+moisturizer and so far so good and it looks like its taking care of the mess Clinique left me with -___-.. O yeah with the Clinique bar I was using the oil free daily moisturizer and no toner because even my oily face cant handle all that alcohol or witch hazel!! that stuff makes me bone dry even followed by a moisturizer. ANDD another thing, they dont make a soap dish for this so i had to go out and find one..another bad mark on them i think. all their other bars have cases why not this one?? o well i guess. ***update 3 years later ****
Well....after another year I went back to it and realized it was the other products I was using that threw me off, that and I think my hormons finally settled down and this is now the only facial soap I'll ever use!! I've found my perfect skin miricle routine= remove makeup and prewash with boscia makeup breakup oil cleaner, then this clinique soap and scrub gentaly with sephoras red facial brush and rinse clean followed my peter thomas roth aha/bha gel (glycolic acid 10% and Salicylic acid 10%) and top it with juicy beauty green tea moisturizer with half a scoop of philosophies vitamin C booster powder!! Most of my old acne spots are gone and I have smooth skin only breaking out around my period. But back to this soap, it doesn't remove makeup which I think is good, that would be wayyy to strong and further agrivate acne. And it doesn't even leave my skin overly tight if I can run in the 15 min following to put on moisturizer. And now they do include the cute green soap case. Its so handy and travel friendly! Andddd I've been using this soap for almost 1.5 years and its finally all gone, I'll most likly have to buy another one next month...anyway I highly suggest you try it but be sure to use a makeup remover first that is very gental, I suggest boscias makeup break up because its not full of heavy oils and your washing with this after. Oil removers are better because their not full of skin iritants and you will never have to scrub at mascara or your skin. Just rub in the oil and emulsify with water after. Don't be afraid of oil if you have acne skin, letting it dry out will only make acne worse then ever. Email me if you need any help shapping your routine, trust me I've used it all and helped manyyyy people. And fyi stay away from proactive like the plague!
Good stuff and Ive tried it all from biosilk (to heavy) super skinny (great for shin but nothing else and a tad heavy) frizz ease (im not even going to comment on that crap.) and every other silicone product in between. But this glossing cream is GREAT. and the olive oil is so moisturizing I dont need anything else like a leave in. All i do once i get out the shower is a little phyto defrissant and then just a drop of this and my hair is amazing. love this stuff!! take my word for it and go out and at least buy the small size at sephora for 9$, thats what I did and it was soooooo worth it. come on this stuff does it all, moisturizes shines and keeps the nasty frizzies away....im in heaven ~~<3 (AND the bottle it lasts forever) (packaging could be better though, wish I could get that last little bit from under the cap...o well)
It does the job of exfoliating, but to harsh for my face. I love how clean and smooth my face feels afterwards but it only agrivated my acne because it was to harsh and made more pop up. Used it for a long time before i realized it was a root of a few breakouts (years LOL). I found out from an SA at nordstroms that overly abrassive scrubs only make acne worse...wish i knew that before. Love it but it doesnt seem to love me back.
I love this product! I like how it works both on combo and dry skin types while being oil free. My friend who has dry skin can use it and she says it doesnt dry her face out at all. My face is combo but gets pretty oily on my forehead t zone area. with out primer it oils up by 12 noon. So over all I love this primer but i do hate how I cant get the last 4-5 applications from the pump.
I wouldnt say this is a bad primer, but i would deffinetly say its only for very oily to extremly oil skin only. I have combo skin, it can get pretty dry around my mouth and nose yet pretty oily in my t zone area. This primer worked wonders for my t zone but left the area around my mouth and nose in dry patchy flakes! I used this for a year suffering threw it just cause i liked the way it matified so well and held my foundation in place. But the dryness was pretty obvious so i switched and i now use la base pro oil free by lancome and this stuff is great! goes on smothly (photo finish light always went on smooth but then felt kinda dry after). Lancomes la base pro oil free goes on smooth, has limited mattifying abilities but it feels so wonderful and truly makes your foundation GLIDE on. Really a pleasure to use! After I finish my make up I use urban decay's mattifying powder dusted with a brush on my t zone and the combo of the two has way better mattifying powder then photo finish light AND doesnt dry out around my mouth and nose! VIOLA! my problem of the dry mouth is solved and my make up is picture perfect all day! Ive also used and tried every type of primer under the sun and not just on my skin but on alot of my friends and family I have great experience with primers for different skin types so If any one needs any help or has questions please email me! im happy to help on any make up issues! trust me I know them all!
Works fine for wat its suposed to do. I contacted avon and found out the glycolic acid is 10% so its the same strength as ddf glycolic acid 10% toner so this is a good equivalent product but its expensive because you only get 30 pads and with the ddf large bottle even thought its 35$ you get alot! And at only 10$ more then avon its basically a steal next to avon.
Broke me out like no tomorow..I was actually so excited about this product before they released it I drove all the way to the times square store (from my home in VIRGINIA) to get it first. OK Im more then a little crazy about make up but really this was a let down. The color was to dark and the next shade up was to light. They dont offer a good color selection AT ALL and Im not that dark, Im like a medium toned person. But also I found the colors way to pink for my skin tone (but then again I have that problem offten so that may not be a vaild reason) Also the spray trigger is almost impossible to really use any air pressure other then strong or light, medium is really hard to get you can only really have control on the on off twistie (that controls main air flow) but forget about fine tuning it on the trigger. Also the finish is kinda muddy looking, it looks rather natural but only if you use a light dust of it, but then again you can get that same result from a mineral powder and at least the mineral powder is more travel friendly. Forget tossing the temptu in ur overnight bag!! hahaha...gret idea really it is, but the professional temptu airbrush they offer is sooo much better. And the color selection they offer for the professional one is wayyy better. Tisk tisk TEMPTU, you could have done better then this considering you are the best at air brushing foundations. I think they just took to many short cuts in making it affordable.
