This is so helpful, because I didn't have much time to make my breakfast. With the overnight oats, I just have to prepare it at night and it's ready to eat in the morning. Between the two I had received I prefer the blueberries one, just because I don't like coconut.
This is an excellent book. It helps a lot with the information about the kind of food that you must buy, also has a lot of healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. And she is also from my hometown so we support her!!!
