Nice full-coverage foundation. I like a sheerer foundation normally, but this wasn't hard to work with. Damp beauty blender did the trick. Make sure you exfoliate and moisturize, though, as this stuff clings to skin flakes.
Color descriptions helped me pick a make a good color match.

I was actually shocked at how easy and fast it is to make this product. Flavor is good, tastes just like a homemade coffee cake. The texture is fine, like a nice bread pudding. Not sure how the price works out, but for someone like me who doesn't like to cook and lives by myself, the ease and speed of preparation is A+. Influenster provided me with a free sample to review.
I'm a fan of other Kashi products, but this one didn't do it for me. I get that this is supposed to be a "base" formula that anyone can use in conjunction with their favorite ingredients, but it was so flavorless that I might as well avoid it entirely or use another protein/vitamin powder that I actually enjoy. .
I'm a Splenda sucralose fan and rarely use stevia products. Stevia sweeteners tend to have a bitter aftertaste and a texture that takes awhile to dissolve, but this one acts and tastes more like a Splenda sucralose product, which I like. I tried it in my hot tea and it worked great!
As a "superstore," Spirit Halloween is the "big box store" of holiday decorating and costuming. Prices are high, selection is limited, and quality isn't always there. I tend to be more into themed outfits than costumes, and when I do bother with a costume, I want something unique and high-end. I'm either going to make it myself or have it made, not buy something pre-packaged from a store. Spirit's "hot now" offerings in the costume department never suit me, but I have been surprised by the relatively high quality of some of the pieces they offer. I'm also happy to see that they present versatile costume parts like masks that can be easily incorporated (as-is or modified) into a custom/DIY ensemble. Also, amongst the cheesy animated zombies and gore props, you can find some quirky decorations. This year's terror tv is really fun! Like most stores that carry anything, there are going to be some real gems among the humdrum stuff.
Really love the scent and texture of the cherry version. After leaving in for a few minutes, it dusts right out of my black hair without a trace. Soaks up oil and doesn't leave a funky vinegar smell like some other brands/scents I've tried. For those who've tried the other scents, which is your fave?
