I don’t like giving things one star, other people out there will likely enjoy it. But I won’t finish even these small trial tubes. Which I got for free. =/ I like the ingredients they advertise on the box, Matrixyl, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, those are great. But it was the other non-highlighted ones that ended up getting me. Serums are supposed to help good ingredients seep into your skin, but the second ingredient in this one is a silicone. Silicones feel smooth on top of your skin and are good in primers, but it defeats the purpose of a serum here. It was also heavily perfumed. The day cream had shimmer in it that would be fine in a body cream, but looked slightly glittery on my face. And it did no favors to the appearance of my pores! It was also heavily perfumed, and that didn’t seem to fade quickly. I’m not crazy about added fragrance in skincare to begin with, but these perfumes were much too strong for my comfort! The night cream felt very soft on my skin, but I’m not sure how much good it was doing, (also heavily perfumed). And the tube should be designed to better differentiate from the day cream. Maybe an orange bar on day and blue on night. I want to be able to know which is which at a glance and not have to stop and read the small lettering or end up accidentally applying the wrong one. (It took a second look each time, and I don’t even have poor eyesight.) A hard pass for me.
This foam is delightful. Not big bubbles, almost like shaving gel-to-foam. Now, did the foam apply in some super special way better than regular conditioner? I'm not particularly sure. Maybe if your hair was super fine or something? I don't think it would be enough for curly/coarse hair.
There's something nice about clear shampoo, it just seems clean. I can't smell any sort of ginger in this, more floral. Its texture is pretty thick, not quite to the point of hair gel or something though, it makes it easy to work with, not running through your fingers.
The scent of this is a bit strong for me, so I don't think I would buy it again because of that. The texture is nice enough though, and it was a decent price. The Body Shop tends to keep away from many harmful ingredients too, so I appreciate that. Maybe smell it before purchasing. =)
These are legit helpful to me on the worst days of my cycle. I use them on about two days out of the 5-7 each month. They're better than any of the other pain relievers I've used because they also help settle my stomach. I can use all the extra help I can get to stay on my game even with that extra hurdle.
Super cute packaging and a great size to carry about with you. It's also nice that it's affordable and not too hard to find as well. It has a decently fine mist, so I don't have to re-do my makeup after or anything.
I don't dry my hair every day, so I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a dryer. But I didn't want a cheap-o one that would destroy my hair either. I like being able to store the cord up in the handle of this which keeps it from being a mess when not in use too.
This smells nice and always makes my hair feel like all the waves are waving together instead of every ten hairs going in a different direction. lol. A little bit goes a long way, so unless your hair is exceptionally dry, the tub should last you quite a while! Very rich and creamy.
I got one of these free in a Voxbox. I hadn't used Febreeze since it first came out I think, but man have they improved the packaging! The sprayer works wonderfully and delivers a very fine mist that dries much faster than before. Yay!
