Hi! I'm a wife and stay at home mom to a spunky 4 year old little girl living in the great state of Minnesota. We have a dog named Taz and a cat named Jade, hence my handle for social media, Taznjade. I know, right? Lol. I LOVE animals, reading, writing, I'm a genealogy nerd and I'm getting back to my obsessive roots regarding anything and everything beauty. I've had a love for makeup since I was little and I'm finally learning more about better quality, application, and just plain having fun! :)
Great coverage, blends easily and long wearing. It is slightly frying though, so make sure your skin is properly moisturized. It can tend to settle a bit without setting powder. I like to use it for outlining my lips, it makes the lip color pop.
I got one of these quite awhile back, and it's still going strong! I tend to use the finer side more, but if I had artificial nails, I can see the two sides being used more equally. Nonetheless, I think I've only used one more layer of the fine grit than the coarse and I love the convenience of it.
I'm a big fan of Lean Pockets, and this is one of my favorite flavors. The cheese does leave a bit of an aftertaste, which is why I took off one star. But for simple, quick meals/snacks, they are great. Plus there's a good selection of different flavors and even different types of crust.
The only mac and cheese we buy! I've tried other brands, but other than Annie's White Cheddar Shells, Kraft us the only brand that tastes good to us. The others leave a weird/icky aftertaste. You can get great deals on Kraft during sales so that makes it even better!
I love YSL lippies in general. This one is no exception! The formula is just so creamy, feather-light, and my lips actually feel nourished with it on. Usually lip products dry them out, but not this one. The finish is satiny smooth, so it's not going to last 12 hours like your longwearing liquid lipsticks. But for me that's OK, especially if my lips are comfortable and hydrated underneath!
I love this stuff! At first I wasn't sure about it, but about five minutes after I applied it, I looked in the mirror and my lips were quite visibly plumped! They were full and pouty and amazing lol. There's a slight tingling sensation but nothing extreme. I have sensitive lips so I can't use the stinging plumpers. It's more like a peppermint type feeling. Refreshing. For me, it's definitely worth the price!
This is a decent oil, but it's a bit greasy for my taste. I use it at night for an extra hydration boost, and it's great to mix a drop in with hand cream overnight. All in all I prefer Trilogy Rosehip oil, but this is a nice nighttime oil.
