I love this primer; it works pretty much the same as Smashbox Photofinish for me for a small fraction of the cost. It doesn't make me break out, and it's light and makes your skin feel so smooth. I use it with BB cream.
I used this for the first time last night, and I loved it. I mixed one tablespoon of clay with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. After a few minutes on (I had scrubbed my face first with a cloth to remove my makeup), you can feel the clay kind of pulling/pulsing on your skin. It's really neat. I washed the clay off with the warm, wet cloth and then showered as normal. My skin felt really clean and so soft. I don't have problem skin to begin with, but I've heard that this product helps clear up skin over time.
I get eczema frequently throughout the year on the inside of my elbows, around my eyes and on my neck. Whenever I start to notice a flareup, I apply this cream, and it's usually gone in a couple of days. I'll need to reapply for a few days after, but nothing really works as well as this does. It's definitely a must-try and a good at-home option for people who suffer from eczema. I bought mine at Walmart for about $12.
Coconut oil is AMAZING. I haven't cooked with it, but I use it as a moisturizer for my body and a masque for my hair. It's an amazing lip balm, and it smells amazing. For really dry winters, nothing works to keep my skin moisturized like slathering on coconut oil before bed. It also helps my eczema, too.
I like the body butters, but find a lot of them to be scented too much for constant use. I get sick of them. They deliver good moisture, though. The satsuma kind can actually double as a mosquito repellent, too, since mosquitoes hate the citrus smell.
I love Wonderful Pistachios -- they are the perfect snack. It's hard to overindulge since you have to work to get them, and pistachios are one of the most nutrient-dense for the calories of all nuts. They taste better salted, obviously, but it's the healtheir choice to get them unsalted. I still like them without the salt.
I love this brand -- GREAT flavors and easy to mix. I'm on a container of chocolate chip cookie right now, but the cookies n' creme and vanilla flavors are great too. I tend to use this more as a meal replacement once in a while rather than a post-workout shake, because the carb content is high. However, it makes a decent quick breakfast blended with milk, water and ice and keeps me full for the morning. Definitely recommend, especially to people who are new to protein powders.
I received this as a sample with an online order at Beyond the Rack, and I LOVE it. It leaves my hair so soft, and it smells so good. I use it with a different brand shampoo, and my hair feels and looks amazing the next morning, even after sleeping on wet hair. I'll definitely be buying this when my sample is used up.
This is the best bronzer. I use it mostly for contouring, because it has no shimmer and it's the perfect colour. In the summer, I'll use it to enhance a tan. For contouring, I use the brush that comes with it because it's a good shape to get those thin lines, and I'll use a fluffy brush when I'm using it on the tops of my cheeks to get a glowing tan look. I'll usually layer some kind of sheer highlighting powder overtop if I put it on my cheeks to avoid that muddy bronzer look that a lot of people fall victim to.
