I’m actually shocked how much I like these lipsticks. I wear Molly almost everyday to work. It lasts a few hours before I need to reapply but it fades nicely. The product was more opaque then I thought it would be for a moisturizing the lipstick. The packaging is to die for. The only reason I take a star away is the price. After I use up Molly I don’t know if I’d buy it again for $35. I have so many other cheaper lipsticks that I like I just don’t know if the price is worth it. Overall I love the product though!
Overall I’ve had good experiences with Essie. I love the packaging and shade range. I think they are a little overpriced but if you find them on sale then scoop them up. Most of the shades are very opaque but I have bought a few duds over time that require quite a few layers to build up
For the price I think this is a pretty good nail polish . It stays on a few days before chipping (and normally my nails chip within a day). My only problem is that this is a super thick formula and it’s hard to apply thin layers. I hate when thick layers sometimes bubble up and get uneven. So that is why I deducted a star.
Review for: Kat Von D #70 Pomade Brow Brush more...
Overall I really like this brush. It is stiff and thin so it is very easy to create little hair-like strokes in the brow. The only reason I’m taking away a star is that the brush is so light. For a brush this expensive I think it should be weighted because this feels cheap.
This hair mask is really amazing if you need intense moisture. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, rinse it out, and you will feel a difference in your hair. The hot tubs and ocean water left the ends of my hair feeling pretty dry and tangly. I used this once on the trip towards the end and my hair brushed out super easily and felt soft again. Definitely only use this on the bottom half of your hair or your roots will be oily in no time.
This is my favorite BB cream I’ve ever tried. It does have light/medium coverage, which is more coverage than most other BB creams, such as the Maybelline BB Cream that everyone and their mom tried when it came out. The BB Cream makes me look glowy without being oily. Overall, I just enjoy the fresh look this gives my skin. Also, the SPF 35 in this was a lifesaver. My face did not burn with this on and I was out in the sun a lot. If you are looking for a high-quality BB cream for the summer you should definitely check this one out.
I really love this product. It has enough color that it fills in my brows a little bit it doesn’t smudge everywhere. It lasts a long time in my brows and holds their shape. On easy makeup days I just run this through my brows and I’m out the door.
I was so excited when I saw this and it was in perfect condition in Marshalls. I had seen this in stores and had been wanting to buy it. Matte eyeshadow is what I reach for on a day-to-day basis so I was super excited this came with 14 matte shades. I also love that they give you bigger pans for your base shade and transition shade. Smashbox eyeshadows are amazing quality. I will say these are definitely shadows in which you have to build up the color. The pigmentation is not all there on first application. I actually like shadows that I have to build up instead of super pigmented shades because I am less likely to make blending errors or have fallout. These shades have no fallout whatsoever. If you are a beginner at makeup or just love matte, neutral shades this is an amazing deal.
Catnip is actually such a beautiful plum shade. It is a very wearable purple that is a great shade for any time of the year but especially the fall. I have already worn it multiple times and it is so comfortable on the lips. If you have never tried an Anastasia liquid lipstick then you are in for a treat. They last all day and they feel like nothing is on your lips. They also have an awesome shade range. My other shade recommendations are Ashton and Pure Hollywood. I would personally not recommend Milkshake because it can get patchy because the shade is SO light.
