They are pretty great. Pros: light, they smell fresh, they cleanse and take off your makeup. Best of all? They are only $3. Cons: depending on what makeup you have on, it takes a bit of effort to get it all off--which is common, anyways, with wipes. I also wish more came in the pack but for that price, I can't complain.

If you weren't swayed by a sample, I say don't get it. I love mine but it also isn't for everyone. Only buy if you think you'd get good use out of it!

It all depends on your definition of dark and your skin tone. I recommend looking up swatches of the palette to get a better idea! :)

I'm known to use my wonderful Real Technique and E.L.F. brushes to apply these. Applying makeup can be quite tricky but a good brush does wonders--and the ones above are very inexpensive and easy to find. Youtube has a variety of videos to help teach newcomers like yourself :) there are many looks to achieve with this one!

It all boils down to taste. When compared side by side with other brands in a similar price range, it is easier to decide on which would benefit you the most. I recommend going to Ulta or Sephora and seeing if a worker will test out some shades on you or give suggestions to what is the better value. I, personally, love Urban Decay and think that the two Naked Basics palettes are worth anything and great to apply--but everyone's different!

What's the verdict on this one? Is it worth a try or do you guys prefer highend brands take on colour correcting?

Anyone have any good suggestions for colours that would be friendly on a redhead with fair skin? I already own Orgasm and Deep Throat. Love them both, just haven't checked out any other colours.

Doesn't. It's more of a lip scrub than a balm.
