Recently I have fallen hard in the makeup world, but I still stay in the budget of drustore prices. I don't own any high end brands, mostly because I'm a college student who is struggling finacially. Still I am a hard core lipstick and eyeshadow junkie. But I am nowhere near expert level.
I love skincare as well, and trying out new products.
I am a passionate young adult.
My how I loved the shades, specifically Kapow! I had to in the end throw away that and Dr. M. They were just too drying and I found myself wearing them less and less. It would become cracky over the day, I could literally feel my lip splitting. Even with lip balm over it or under it the color would transfer off in a hour time. I wish they could improve the formula or make Kapow in an Ultra Satin because I am still looking for a dupe. All in all inexpensive with beautiful array of colors but too drying for this girl.
These are utterly perfection! Unlike the liquid matte which are drying and cracky, these are the opposite. Smooth, soft, and yes transferable but I find no problem with that since the product is still fully pigmented on your lips. Seriously a miracle😁 Marshmallow: muted down lavender gray Rabbit: bright pink with a blue sheen Those are my absolute favorites!
Can you believe it!? Seven beautiful different highlighters in one palette for a reasonable price. Nyx has denfintely outdone themselves! I am pretty fair/light so obviously I can't use the darkest shade so I use it as a all over lid bronze color. My favorite in this palette is suprisingly the light lavender shade. It just has such a beautiful sheen. No joke it's my everyday highlighter, it isn't too much, trust me.
Holy grail makeup remover! I will always buy and use this. Extremely effective at breaking down even waterproof makeup at a good price nonetheless. My sensitive skin does not react to it and it does not sting my eyes as other makeup removers have done to me. Highly recommend!
I did enjoy this face scrub specially compared to the horrible grainy Apricot one. If you like ripping your skin apart, use that one. This however made my skin soft but I noticed redness not only that but weird tears/red scratches on the curves of my nose. Yes, it ripped more than just dead skin. I was sad because it smelled so nice. My sensitive skin will be the death of me and my wallet. The Simply Sensitive brand is a better alternative.
First off I will say I absolutely love bath and body works. So this was a very disappointing product for me. I have sensitive skin and this was just too harsh for me. It felt rough and the oil wasn't even helping. It was like taking rocks to my skin. I do not recommend this to people with sensitive skin, alternative would be Soap and Glory Flake Away Polish.
I wasn't big on KIND before because the only stuff I seen had nuts in them, no matter how delicious and sea salty it was I couldn't eat it. But these! So good. I know some don't like the texture but I enjoyed the crumbly almost popcorny like feel. For awhile the caramel machiatto was my go to but now the fall has come, pumpkin is a better and tastier option!
So tasty! I'm honestly loving all flavors, this and the red and green ones are my favorites! However there are a few which textures I don't like, the one that stands at most was like a Mango one. To me it was just too thick and kinda a pulpy feel. That's the one I've stayed away from. Otherwise these taste good and give your body the energy it needs. Which is good for a full time student like me.
First off I have ridiculously sensitive and dry skin. I recently used a Bath Body Works sugar scrub that literally tore my skin and created redness everywhere. I was very hesitant to try this, being my first Soap and Glory product but why I am amazed. It's not too grainy and brings moisture to the skin. It felt like it was actually doing the job without harming my sensitive skin. And the smell! The original Soap and Glory scent! Even sitting on my shelf, I have the need to open it and stick my nose in, haha So all my sensitive girls/boys with sensitive skin, do not fear, this is perfect for us!
