I received a complimentary sample of Maple Holistics Sage shampoo, and I love it! Though I do not suffer from a flaky scalp, this shampoo leaves my fine hair very clean and feeling nourished - not striped. The scent is awesome and smells just like sage oil. If you’re not a fan of earthy scents, perhaps a different Maple Holistics shampoo is more “you”. Personally, I love this and as a bonus the sage oil helps me feel grounded, calm and cleansed, energetically.
I was very much hoping this would be a lip stain that would last much of the day, and not need to be reapplied. Unfortunately, it is not. While this smells lovely and goes on very smoothly, it does not leave any kind of lasting stain on my lips. It lasts maybe 30 minutes for me. It’s incredibly moisturizing and I use it more like a chapstick than a lip color or stain. Will not purchase again.
I bought this because it had such good reviews, and I really had high hopes for It. Well, I am hugely disappointed and feel as though I wasted money. I have long, straight, very fine hair and this did absolutely nothing for my hair. It didn’t absorb oil. It didn’t “clean” my hair as it claims. It sprayed a slightly wet mist on it that did nothing. Not sure where all the 5-star reviews come from or what type of hair this actually works for, but clearly it’s not mine. Wish I hadn’t bought this.
As a runner, whose hair is a ponytail daily, this stuff is awesome. I have experienced breakage from wearing my hair in a ponytail so much, and someone at my gym recommended Olaplex. I use it once a week. It smells lovely, is easy to use and it does seem to be preventing future damage, and helping to grow out the pieces that have been damaged. Pro tip - if you’re a runner, put this on before your weekly long run and let it work for an hour or two, or three while you run. Then go home and wash it out. Works fantastically!
Review for: Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Extra Clear for Sensitive Skin, 26 ea more...
As a runner with a deviated septum, these save me on my long runs. It’s amazing what a difference they make for breathing through my nose, lowering my heart rate and increasing my speed! They are clear, so it’s also a little less obvious I’m wearing it, which is nice. My only complaint is that they stick so well that they can be a little hard to remove sometimes. Otherwise, I love them!
I have a deviated septum, and so it’s often difficult to breathe through my nose. I bought these to wear to bed, and the lavender scent is a nice touch. They definitely help, but my one complaint is that they hurt to take off. My skin is sensitive and so I can’t use these all the time because it actually took a small bit of my skin off once. But for occasional use, these are great.
Living in Colorado, my hands and fingers get very dry in the winter. The Band-Aid Skin-flex is the only one I can comfortably wear on my cracked thumbs as they heal. They move well with my skin, withstand frequent hand washings, and they feel light, and as though they still allow my fingers to breathe. When I’ve run out, I’ve tried using the store brand fabric bandaids I had laying around, and there is such a difference. I’m a huge fan of the skin-flex!
I like this deodorant for “light use”, and my inactive days when I am just lounging at home. It’s natural without harmful ingredients, which is important to me. I do wish it held up better to a ticket though, as when I go running and wear this, I end up stinking. Overall, I prefer Schmidt’s natural deodorant to Toms of Maine.
If I could give this zero stars, I would. This deodorant is a gel style, and smells amazing, but if you plan to use it and exercise, it’s a total fail. I am a runner and I ran in a tank top wearing this deodorant, and it made my armpits foam. Yes, foam, like frothy white nastiness all over my armpits. After the fact I looked at the ingredients and saw number 1 was glycerin. As in what soap is made from. Not sure why this makes sense and how they had no idea it makes pits foam. This was a complete waste of money for me and I regret buying it.
