I love how the TATCHA Violet-C Radiance Mask feels when you put it on. The packaging is super cute and it just pulls you in. I haven’t used much of it because I do think it’s pricey and I want to savor it. I can’t say if this product is actually effective because I haven’t used it much but it definitely feels good when you put in on.
I haven’t been using the OLEHENRIKSEN Balancing Force™ Oil Control Toner for long so I can’t decide if it works or not. I use this once a week (there’s no instructions on how often it should be used). I think it’s a decent price for the amount of product you get and I love the way it makes my skin feel (it has that menthol feel).
I LOVE CeraVe AM Facial Moisturizing Lotion with Sunscreen. I buy this at Target and at first I thought it was overpriced for a drugstore product. I used it for awhile, stopped using it, then came running back to it. I struggle with acne blemishes and discoloration so I need SPF on my face. This product as well as other CeraVe products, are very hydrating. My goal is to keep my skin (especially my face) hydrated ... isn’t that the key to prevent wrinkles? Now that I look at it, CeraVe isn’t overpriced and you can always find a coupon on their website.
I use the tarte Maracuja C-Brighter™ Eye Treatment now and I love it. I got a trial size from Sephora then I bought the full size from Ulta. I like the texture (not too thick or heavy) so it goes on smoothly. Do I see a difference? Not really because I’m using it as a preventative and so far, so good. I’d definitely recommend this to others that are trying to prevent eye wrinkles and undereye darkness.
Y’all, in the beginning I didn’t mind the Origins GinZing™ Refreshing Eye Cream To Brighten And Depuff. It was legit the first eye cream I ever tried. But after watching a few beauty vloggers, I realized, I shouldn’t have to rub so hard for an eye cream to blend in (or any face product). And then, about after 2 weeks, the texture of the eye cream changed in the bottle it was in. I already used 1/3 of the product so I didn’t want to return it, I just emailed Origins and asked if this was supposed to happen. Nonetheless, I wouldn’t purchase this product again. The texture was a bit too thick for me.
I’ve only used the ORIGINS CLEAR IMPROVEMENT™ Active Charcoal Mask to Clear Pores about 3 times and each time, my face turned as red as a tomato. I think it’s a bit harsh on my skin but that’s just me. I got the full size, and I thought it was a decent price for the amount of product but I’m not sure I’d purchase this Origins product again.
I got the fresh Rose Face Mask with my points from Sephora and the only reason I didn’t think it was effective was because I only had the small size (I think this goes for all trial size products). But I liked the smell and it wasn’t harsh whatsoever. If anything, I thought it was one of the most gentle masks I’ve used. I actually was at Sephora this past weekend thinking of buying the full size 😬
Because I had tried other Glam Glow masks, I figured I’d keep going ... right? I tried the travel size of the GLAMGLOW® Thirstymud™ Hydrating Treatment and I think it hydrated my skin? I thought it was semi-effective but I couldn’t really tell because I was using other products to help hydrate my skin. The one downside (and the only downside) that I can found about Glam Glow is that the travel sizes are a bit pricey.
