The Avis car rental location was within 10 minutes from my home in an area that I’m familiar with so it wasn’t hard to find. When trying to book a car on the spot the Customer Service rep said that there were no cars available, but when I made a reservation online with my phone on the spot it went through, go figure. I would have gave 3 stars for the fact that the rep was trying to deny service only because he was swamped with back to back customers and it was obvious that he wanted to call it a day, but there was still a hour left until the place closed. They also do not take cash at the counter, which is bad business for those who don’t have a credit or acceptable debit card. The plus side about the company is that you can use work discounts (if eligible). I received the car within 45 minutes, again because of the wait time, but was instantly happy when I got a brand new 2018 Black Chevrolet Cruze. I had to have been the second person to rent it because their wasn’t many miles on it. It was very clean inside and out and drove smooth with no problems. Aside from the customer service, I’d rent from them again because of the car selection and affordable pricing. Remember, discounts are our best friends!
These chicken wings are amazingly good! When I first decided to try them out I was hesitant at first because I was afraid they wouldn’t taste great and then I would have been mad at myself for wasting my money. I am so glad that I gave these a try. Years later and I’m still enjoying these tasty wings. It has just the right amount of seasoning and spices w/ a splash of lime flavor. They are already fully cooked, just tossed them in the oven or in the microwave and you’re good to go!
Review for: L.A. Colors Color Last Nail Polish, 0.5 fl oz more...
L.A. Colors Color Last Top Coat is a product that works great on my nails and comes at an affordable price under $2 at my local Walmart store. You can use it on top of colored nail polish or wear it alone and it still leaves a nice, pretty shine. I like that it dries instantly after it’s been applied. It also protects my nails from getting weak on the sides and prevents them from getting chipped. Coverage can lasts up to 10 days.
Jasmine rice is the only rice that I love to eat. I can’t help it that I was raised on the stuff so my tongue has a very particular taste when I eat it. Usually I purchase Jasmine rice from an Asian market, but when I don’t have a chance to go there I purchase Mahatma Jasmine rice from Walmart. I’ve tried other brands and this by far is the best tasting brand. It’s very delicious and cooks to a nice fluffy texture just as long as you don’t undercook or over cook it.
I was introduced to this great find from a friend when I noticed that her daughter’s edges were always smooth against her hairline. I was struggling to find the right product for my daughter’s hair and decided to give it a try. The product is clear and smells just like coconut. It goes on like pomade and dries within a couple of minutes leaving no flaky residue. So far it hasn’t caused an skin irritation or break outs. This will always be my go to edge control product.
I haven’t owned a magazine subscription in years, but decided to go and subscribe to Essence magazine when my daughter had a senior year school fundraiser. It was was an amazing deal consisting of 2 years worth for $16. After reading the first two magazines I felt I made a wise choice because it is loaded with interesting content. Articles and widespread stories are about well known or breakthrough individuals. It discusses about business, money matters, fashion, and beauty/hair care finds just to name a few. One of the magazines that I have consists of some tasty sounding recipes that I one day will take a go at in the kitchen. And no magazine would be complete without the famous horoscopes at the end. I also must give a big thumbs up on the advertisements that are placed throughout because they obviously want to suggest items to its readers that they know we would accept as product worthy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is an avid magazine reader.
I’m an avid Walmart shopper and go about twice a week. I downloaded this app to easily upload my receipts to the Savings Catcher program. I’ve earned over $200 back that is put on an e-gift card and used that to purchase school uniforms, hair products, toys, and exercise equipment just to name a few. The app is so easy to maneuver around and ordering is a breeze. There’s also an option to “Check-In” when you’re on your way to pick up Site-To-Store purchases. I occasionally browse the app and look at different items that I am interested in and save my finds to my wish list. Just recently I used Walmart Pay for the first time at the register and it processed my transaction with no problems.
I was excited to try this new skillet sauce by Campbell’s because it looked like an easy quick fix meal option, but it didn’t taste at all what I expected to taste like. I’m a fan of pesto sauce and Campbell’s is a brand that I trust, but this did not please my taste buds at all. It was way too salty that I had to balance out the overbearing strength by adding lemon juice to tone it down a little. Now I feel like I wasted my chicken and pasta because the leftovers are just sitting in my fridge. I’m sorry, but I’d say pass on this particular flavor.
This is a very delicious chocolate candy. Who doesn’t love the taste of a sweet, crispy, cookie stick layered in caramel and covered in milk chocolate goodness? And the best part is that it comes with 2 servings! I usually purchase this candy when I’m in the mood for something with caramel, but still contains chocolate. I love the new package marketing that they came out with a couple of years ago labeling the wrappers “left” or “right” Twix indicating which factory the candy came from. How clever is that! Of course, being left-handed I always go with the Twix marked with the Left wrapper.
