When we went to live in very rustic conditions in West Africa for 6 months, we brought Dr. Bronners with us! It is not harmful to the environment and we used it as body wash, dish detergent, shampoo, general cleaning and laundry detergent! The peppermint scent was great for feeling cool and refreshed when the temperature was in the 100's with 98% humidity! I only wish I had brought more! It takes awhile to get used to low sudsing and I think it takes awhile for your hair to get used to it, too.
This supplement is good for dogs like mine, an older golden retriever. He needs extra help with his skin and hips and joints. These treats provide the extra nutrients he doesn't get in his daily feeding. The only con is they are expensive.
I have been reading country living since a few years after I was married, over 31 years ago! I love seeing the antique finds, "what is this worth?" and how others decorate their country homes. Recipes are always a favorite, too! I have an old magazine from 1985 that I keep for my favorite recipes!
I received a bottle of meaningful beauty serum for testing purposes from influenster. The serum makes my skin feel silky and supple. I do not notice any major changes, but my skin feels soft and younger, so that's great!
Milano cookies are elegant, delicious and an all-time favorite at our house. They taste so good, it is way too easy to eat half a bag in one sitting! We save them for special occasions to prevent this!
It gets dark early in West Africa, and when you eat your main meal at noon, you need something really tasty at night. We ate nutella on homemade bread with peanut butter and sometimes bananas every single night for 6 months! it's that good!
