This product definitely works, but the degree is not significant. Currently I have a cold, with symptoms of congestion, sinus pressure, and pain, I took this product first thing this morning, and it definitely alleviated my symptoms, but the congestion/coughing and sinus pressure was still there. After about 5 hours my symptoms came back and hit me like a truck, so I took more meds and felt a little better. I gave it 4/5 stars because I wish the medication lasted longer, and the relief was more substantial like advertised.
