I really like that this OTC pill helps with both cough and nasal congestion and FAST. I always keep a pack in my medicine cabinet because it really really helps with breathing and controlling coughs when I get one of those nasty cold/flu. The only thing I dislike about this one is that it recommends 2 pills every 4 hours. I wish the pill lasted longer, but I guess the dose would be too high if that were the case.
