A little goes a VERY long way. 2 pea-sized dabs will cover both of my hands completely. I don't think this lotion provides any long-term moisture. My skin goes right back to being dry after 15 minutes. If I apply even a tiny bit too much, the lotion won't absorb and will create a heavy white cast wherever I try to rub it in. On more than one occasion I've ended up wiping off the white stuff that makes it look like I'm wearing high-spf sunscreen. On the bright side, it feels really nice if I manage to get the perfect amount.
It claims to be super nourishing for dry to very dry hair, but the second ingredient is sodium laureth sulfate? Does anyone else see how that's a huge problem? Sulfates are what MAKES your hair get all dry and brittle. If you have dry hair, like me, you should absolutely be going sulfate- and silicone-free. This probably just works for people with greasy straight hair because it's so stripping. It took my hair a solid 4 rounds of deep conditioning to recover from the damage this shampoo caused. Never again.
Nothing is as good as the original Hidden Valley Ranch. I might just be brainwashed because it's all my mom bought growing up, but I've tried a few other brands since I moved out and none of them compare to HV. It makes everything better, from cheese curds to pizza. It's also the perfect consistency and flavor to mix with hot sauce.
I don't exactly know how a lemon can be a virgin, but I won't ask. This is one of my favorite store-bought lemonades, hands down. It doesn't taste like a huge sugar bomb (Simply Lemonade) and it's not just watered down lemon juice (Robinade). This lemonade is the perfect balance of sweet and sour for when I'm too lazy to make it myself.
This is one of the only Caesar dressings I absolutely love. There have been so many times where I got a Caesar salad but it was covered in Caesar so weak it tasted more like Ranch. Ken's Creamy Caesar has the strong flavor and peppery notes I love.
This stuff tastes like straight up cough syrup. I didn't have high expectations because I generally hate the taste of Red Bull, but I really thought this flavor would have some sort of redeeming quality. Nope. I don't even know how energizing it is because I got maybe 15% of the way through it before I threw it out and decided to just suffer through the rest of my shift.
I love this flavor and the peach passion fruit one. They have just enough caffeine to keep me awake, but not so much that I get shaky/jittery or anxious. As long as I don't drink them too late in the day, they don't keep me up at night either, unlike most other energy drinks.
Pretty decent quality for the price. The darker/more purple tones can be a little bit patchy, and they all kind of have a tendency to make weird little beads of product around the edges of my lips. Praline, which looks like it should be a nice brownish orangey nude, somehow pulls gray on me, so beware of that. The color swatches on the website are never accurate, so look up swatches from Temptalia or other bloggers if you can.
I'm gonna get the obvious thing out of the way. It smells like paint. HOWEVER, much like Coty Airspun, I can't smell it once it's on my face. I just tried this when my friend gave me her almost empty bottle, and I immediately went out and got 4 more. Y'ALL. The coverage of this is unreal. It covers everything I need covered but doesn't look cakey at all. It just replaced my Maybelline matte and poreless, which stopped being matte on me. Photofocus is a very natural matte finish on me, and my forehead and cheeks are like an oil slick. This stuff is magic. I'm willing to put up with the paint smell for this.
