I love trying out new things, for the house, the boyfriend, the kitties, and of course myself! LOVE playing competitively in EVERY sport, dance, play the piano, and a total foodie with the largest sweet tooth you'll meet and a lover of all things cheese!
I bought this because my daughter is at the age where she drags her two favorite stuffed animals EVERYWHERE. It started grossing me out because they were getting so filthy. I had seen Teddy Needs a Bath on Shark Tank and really wanted to try it. I finally found it at Babies R' Us one weekend and decided to give it a try.
I stuck my daughters 2 favorite stuffed animals in the teddy needs a bath bag and threw them in the washer. They literally came out looking brand new after they came out of the washer! I am very pleased with my purchase, I would definitely recommend teddy needs a bath, and I feel like the bag is durable and will last a long time!
Added bonus: the bag is big enough for my daughters large Minnie Mouse plush which is about 20 inches long! The bag is a great size!
I got a free coupon from influenster to try a Freeman Beauty Product and I got the moisturizing massage cream from Walmart. I had a bit of difficulty finding it, but then a woman who worked in the store helped me find it located in a center aisle display. A little bit of this lotion really goes a long way, it truly moisturizes and silken your skin. It is a fine line between silky and oily and this massage cream doesn't cross over into being oily. I've found especially when it comes to foot creams oiliness is a recurring theme but not with this lotion. The scent is not too strong or overbearing - quite pleasant actually. It has coconut oil as one of it's main ingredients which makes the scent so nice.
This is the cutest little baby razor. But it does what it was made to do...shave. What I love about it is that it is so easy to just throw into your travel bag or gym bag and off you go. I needed a small razor to carry with me on a 5-week trip this summer so I decided to try this one. It is amazing. the small handle is kind of hard to use at first but once you get used to it, it's amazing!!! I think it's actually easier to use in the shower than the traditional one. I strongly recommend this product. I got to try this product complimentary from influenster for testing and reviewing purposes in my Gillette Venus #InASnap VoxBox
I want to say I have the origianl pair of Adipure shoes in red and they are still amazing. I ordered this model expecting the same feel and comfort but only to be completely surprized. On the positive side, the shoes fits just right with great toe separation being the primary reason I bought these shoes with more cushion than the Vibram Five Fingers shoes. On the other hand, the biggest problem with this shoe was they reduced the patted back piece for one that appears like a restrictive loop in the heal. The original models did not have such a loop, and the older model appeared to have a little more cushion on the inside. I'm not sure, with such a questionable design, if this was just an attempt to improve the shoe giving more of a barefoot feel or to just be more compatible with Vibram's Five Fingers. Walk in the shoes for a while and one might get a blister in the toe area, initially. However, after a day in these shoes my feet adjusted to them and the shoes turned out find. Also, the restrictive loop is not as irritating. Nevertheless, and as a reminder, I would only recommended these shoes for the gym, walking outside, or the tread mill but certainly not for running outside. As a result, I give these shoes a rating of four stars. Moreover, Adidas still needs to continue this product line entirely and bring back its Adipure Trainer 1.1 (dark onix-infrared-vivid red barefoot shoe}. Finally, the jury is still out on this product.
The Replenishing Rich Moisturizer by Simple is a vitamin enriched moisturizer without perfume or dyes designed for sensitive skin. It is a good moisturizer. My wife, who uses a variety of moisturizers, liked it. It wasn't outstanding, or anything that made her jump and yell wow, this is the best stuff ever, but then, what moisturizer would ever make one do that. She says it is good and she likes it.
The three selling points on the box are the vital vitamin Pro-Vitamin B5 that helps restore, soften and smooth, the skin loving nutrients Glycern, Bisabolol, and Allantoin, and that is has no perfume or dyes that could irritate your skin. It did not irritate, and worked as a good skin moisturizer.
It is a fairly small bottle, so you want to use this for face and neck, and not your entire body or you would go through it pretty fast. If you want a full body moisturizer, you may want to get something that comes in a bigger bottle. Overall, a good product that my wife says worked fine.
I've been using Proactiv for almost 6 years now. My acne started to flare up in my late teens and every drugstore product was too harsh on my sensitive skin.
I've always had combination skin, leaning more towards oily. To make it worse, my skin used to be SUPER sensitive. If I touched my forehead at all I would break out. I finally tried Proactiv and after a month it worked wonders. Literally, for the past 6 years I haven't had another pimple. It's amazing. After a few months of using it I was able to touch my face without irritating it. Now I don't have to wake up and worry about if I'm going to find a new blemish today... I haven't had to worry about that for 6 years!
There are a few negatives though. My fiance tried Proactiv but it did nothing for him. He has extreme acne and the only thing that helps him are pills. Proactiv just didn't get to the root cause for him and may not be for everyone.
Also, Proactiv can dry out your skin. For the longest time I didn't know that their Repairing Lotion (step 3) wasn't a moisturizer. There should technically be 4 steps because I can't imagine that someone won't need to use a moisturizer after washing their face with Proactiv. They have the green tea moisturizer but it is very expensive for a little amount. I just use Aveeno and I'm fine.
Finally, its bad how dependent you can get to this product. I had a friend who used Proactiv for almost 3 years and once he stopped he immediately broke out again. The only thing that worked for him was Proactiv. I'm currently trying to wean myself off of Proactiv because it is so expensive and I want to use products that are more natural and without the harsh chemicals. But for now I use Proactiv in the morning and a natural product at night... still no blemishes.
These sour straws are delicious. I remember them from my childhood, and after seeing them on amazon, I thought "I gotta order these!" Each flavor is sour and tasty. My only complaint is that they're addictive.
As someone with acne problem, I have been trying different products over the years and this one seems to work very well. The gel does NOT prevent acne but it treats pimple breakouts. Don't expect overnight miracle - the pimple won't disappear entirely but its size will be reduced at least 50%. The gel is clear. When you apply it, you might get a cold tingling feeling for a few seconds.
