I LOVE THESE UNDEREYE PATCHES! They make me so unbelievably happy! This is such a great little kit because it allows me to feel fully awake especially after I run to the gym and I don't want to lug all my makeup with me. If my eyes are ready, and my lashes look good, I feel made up and these patches are just DIVINE if you put them in the fridge before you use them. So incredibly refreshing!
I recently became aware of the double cleansing technique and this product was one of the first that I used. I've moved on from this particular oil, but it was definitely something that I would recommend someone who is initially beginning a double cleansing routine to try.
Gets any and all liquid liner off. It didn't make my skin feel weird, but if you wear contacts, remove them first. I thought that it was a good product especially because I usually have a hard time removing all the mascara from my lashes. You do have to use multiple removal pads but it gets the job done.
If you have a flight bring this with you. My skin dries out like a crazy person whenever I'm in an aircraft. I loved the glamglow thirstymud treatment. I usually keep a small container of it at all times. Again, since my skin is more combination than truly dry, I use it as a spot treatment except when I'm flying somewhere, then I slather it on.
I think this would be a great product for someone with ultra dry skin, but for my particular complexion it was overkill. Since my skin is more combination than truly dry, I've learned to use this almost as a dry skin spot treatment. I love all of Missha's packaging I think it's very streamlined looking and I bought it at one of the smaller stores in Koreatown.
The standard. If you're out and you want to order a scotch and you're unsure about your choice- order the Macallan 12. I joke with my brother about it being the "gentleman's drink." I prefer the 12 year to the 16 year so I'd recommend if you're between the two, the 12-year is a better value order.
A more substantial Scotch. If you're drinking Laphroiag you'd better be prepared to handle the smoke. I think personally it's got a salty complexion but my boyfriend disagrees with me. I feel like this is something that if you love peat in your scotch you'd feel comfortable ordering out. I'd only have this with a very rich meal, perhaps with something barbecued so that the smokey elements could play off one another, or something sweet like chicken cooked in a teriyaki sauce
I love Glenmorangie. It is light and in my personal opinion, as refreshing as a Scotch can get. I think that it has a light buttery finish that compliments it's flavor. I have it in my apartment at all times and usually will find myself running out to buy a new bottle whenever I have friends over because they all gravitate towards it as well.
This is a solid Scotch, that is widely available in New York. It isn't my favorite but I usually order this or MaCallan when I'm out. It has a nice balance and isn't overly peaty so when I'm out with non-Scotch drinkers and they ask to try some I don't feel morally obligated to warn them away.
