I've been a fan of twix since I was a child. It is a close tie with kitkat for my first place favorite candy. I was going to review the Twix Dark but realized they didn't have a listing for it, so i guess I'll just review it here lol. The dark chocolate version is so much better in my opinion. The dark chocolate helps tone down the sweetness you get with the normal milk chocolate version. The chocolate is very smooth and still snaps perfectly, like the original. The ratio of caramel to dark chocolate is perfect! I have been OBSESSED with the dark chocolate twix since they came out and buy at least two packs every time we go out.
I just tried this today for my blog. This is my review of it. The container is made of the same or at least a similar plastic as the Oikos yogurt. The top label is cute. It has an outer ring of dark orange and the inside background is a medium orange. Front and center is a picture of a pumpkin in a slightly lighter orange than the background. In my opinion they should have done a different inner background color because it all kind of blends together. The container label is laid out better. It seemed more thought out and has a nice contrast of the different oranges. The ring around the top is a beautiful burnt sienna color. Under that is a medium yellow-orange color that reminds me of fall leaves. At the bottom of the label sits a yummy pumpkin that doesn't get lost like on the top label. It also helps that there is some white behind it to break up the orange theme. Ingredients: Low fat Yogurt, Evaporated Cane Sugar, Pumpkin Puree, Fruit Pectin, Natural Flavors, Locust Bean Gum, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Lemon Juice Concentrate. Contains Live & Active Cultures: S. Thermophilus, L. Bulgaricus, L. Acidophilus, Bididus, and L. Casei. The fragrance of the yogurt is very subtle and kind of has a hint of caramel. The pumpkin spice scent isn't overwhelming like most other pumpkin spiced things. The smell of the yogurt is still present, but not in a sour way. I know this sounds weird, but it smells creamy. Time to taste! I really had high hopes for this since I loved the Pumpkin Harvest Crisp Chobani Flip so much. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. :( Instead of being sweet and actually tasting like pumpkin spice, it tastes like pure lemon juice with a hint of cinnamon. It's soo sour, it made me make a pucker face. The tang sits on the back of the tongue after swallowing and THEN the pumpkin spice flavor comes through. I am really disappointed with this one and personally would not recommend the Chobani® Greek Yogurt 2 % Pumpkin Spice Blended to anyone
Today, I tried the limited edition Oikos Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt.
The packaging is nice with this yogurt. The plastic is a bit more sturdy than other yogurt containers. The lable is a bit more sophisticated, dorned in gold and burgundy with a simple picture of a pumpkin and cinnamon sticks.
Ingredients: Yogurt, Fructose, Sugar, Pumpkin Puree, Water, Less than 1% of Modified Food Starch, Fruit Juice, Annato Extract, and Beta Carotene, Natural Flavors, Malic Acid, Sodium Citrate, Cinnamon, Potassium Sorbate.
When i removed the lid from the container, there was a wonderful, decadent fragrance of pumpkin cheesecake that reminds me of Thanksgiving with my grandparents. The flavor is a bit more subtle than the Pumpkin Harvest Crisp Chobani yogurt I reviewed previously. The tart flavor of the yogurt is more present than the actual pumpkin pie flavor. I'd say if you added some pumpkin spice to it, it would be better. Don't get me wrong, the yogurt is good, but is just lacking the pumpkin spice flavor level that I like. I added some white pumpkin pie M&M's to mine for some crunch and it helped elevate the pumpkin pie flavor to the perfect balance.
I would still recommend this to people who like subtle flavored yogurts that let the natural yogurt flavor shine through, but for me, I prefer the Pumpkin Harvest Crisp Chobani yogurt. I found this Oikos Pumpkin Pie Greek Yogurt at my local walmart for 88 cents. I'm sure you can find it at any other grocery store though.
I hope you all enjoyed this review (and all my other ones.) Have a wonderful day :)
I love these drinks! I found them a little over 2 months ago at a local convenience store in my town. They have a great creamy coconut flavor with chunks of aloe. It's really refreshing on a hot summer day.
This is my top favorite, year round scent of the mainstays wax melts. I remember my grandmother having a cranberry mandarin candle when I was younger and that's when my addiction to the scent started. I love that this brand is cheaper than others and that they offer many scents.
I bought this in one of the individual size plastic bottle from walmart. They sell it for $2.50 per bottle. It tastes very close to the ones you can buy from the Starbucks stores, just a little stronger in my opinion. It would be wonderful with a little added pumpkin spice creamer. The consistency is the same as their other bottled coffee's. I definitely recommend this drink for pumpkin spice fanatics.
I remember getting these as a child with my grandparents when we would go to olive garden. I'm not sure if they still give them as after dinner mints though. They began my addiction to chocolate and mint candies. They have the perfect combination of chocolate and mint and leave the mouth feeling fresh after eating.
I love this product! It is super pigmented and glides on smoothly. Whether you are going for a dramatic look or a natural one, these liners are perfect for you. Literally one swipe and you're ready to go. The pale pink color is perfect for the water line to make your eyes look brighter and the brown is a rich, dark chocolate color, perfect for intense looks. Each pencil comes with a sharpener built into the twisty part, so you can conveniently and quickly sharpen it when needed. Marc Jacobs Beauty Highliner Matte Gel Eye Crayon is definitely a must have for 2017!
