I used to have occasional issues with clumping when I first got it, but once I got used to the wand it worked great. I also have long and thick lashes. They recently came out with a new formula too so it might not clump at all.

How does this compare to the original CHI? Also, does it have adjustable heat settings?

You can use the orange, salmon or yellow for under eye circles. It really just depends on how dark your circles are and your complexion. I tend to blend all three in different areas under my eyes and blend together.
