Absolutely love these gummies. They’re my go to, especially when I’m stressed after a long day at work. They help me fall asleep and stay asleep.

Whenever I have trouble falling asleep at night, I always reach got my Olly Sleep gummies. The ingredients are Melatonin, L-Theanine, and botanicals that include Chamomile, passion flower, and lemon balm extract. The directions are to take 2 gummies but I legit only need half or 1 to feel relaxed and fall asleep. I highly recommend them if you have trouble sleeping!!! Also, they taste so good!!!

Can’t say these really helped with the sleeping aspect but they do calm down the nervous system and help you reach a much more relaxed state before falling asleep. The taste is also pretty decent. They’re not too expensive so worth purchasing even just for the calming effects.
